Is it a restaurant I would tell my friends about? Not so much? Is it one of very few restaurants I will go to on a spot....yes. The waitstaff tries and the food is ok but great it ain't. There are so few choices in Baytown this has to be one to go to for something a little different.

I love their bread and dipping olive oil. Their salads are amazing. Not too fond of their spaghetti. good atmosphere.

No one wants to eat in a dirty restaurant. I don't know if it's bad management or lazy staff but it's just not a clean restaurant. The bar area vents have dust caked on them, around the AC switch balls of dust that go up the wall. Glass between booths covered in crust, finger prints, yuck. Just a very disappointing... More

Not very clean. Floor under booth table was so greasy (maybe someone spilled the olive oil) that I dropped a paper napkin down there to try to mop it up, so my feet would not slide all around. Then I noticed the dried up dead bugs in the window sill. Yuck. But when I focused on the hot bread and... More

This place is really good, it's not like a higher end Italian restaurant, but is really good for the price of food. Carino's also has really good early bird specials on food and drinks and also has a great app that gives you really nice rewards like a free desert! The app is called "Pasta Points". It's free and nice... More

We had a group of 14, called ahead and the table was ready when we arrived. No silverware was in place, no salt and pepper and no sugar for the tea. We waited 15 minutes before drink order was taken, 10 minutes later the waitress with our drinks on a tray on a table by us. A member of our... More

The waitress took our orders for a party of 7 and was very pleasant. However, all the orders had been served except mine. The other patrons at the table were near finished their meals when we finally got to speak to the Manager. He laid sole blame on the waitress for not having placed the order. The waitress apologized profusely... More

No Service Here. We had three waiters and it still took over an hour to get our food. We eat here often and the salads were not good and prepared as usual. We sure did not want to complain because none of us had enough life left to wait for it to get corrected. They were out of the appetizer... More

The meal was good and to me what kicked it up a notch was the customer service by our waiter who was filling in as the manager for the evening. My girlfriend had a gift card and a rewards cards to pay for our meal. The young gentleman explained that if we just used the pasta points on the rewards... More
