The Redbud is a charming local pub in Blanco. High quality food, family friendly and live music on the weekends. Good food made from quality ingredients.

My boyfriend and I were out for a long drive and made it a point to stop by this café for lunch. This was our second time visiting. I ordered a Pastrami Reuben sandwich and my boyfriend had a chicken salad sandwich. My Reuben was absolutely delicious! I'm from New York and have visited many delis. Although this one wasn't... My husband and I were driving through Blanco today, headed to a restaurant further down the road. As we passed by the Redbud, there were several people sitting on the outdoor patio. The table cloths were bright, colorful and cheerful, everyone seemed to be having a nice time, so we decided to change our lunch plans and try something new.... More

While driving on 281 we stopped in Blanco for a bite to eat and walk around this historic town square. We both ordered cheeseburgers and fries with ice tea. The burger is very large and juicy. It took us awhile to finish it. But while seated outside, we enjoyed the view of the town square that you might find in... More

A very local sandwich and lunch kind of place, with lots of customers and a good selection of food. Very pleasant.

I had the meatloaf sandwich. It was huge and absolutely delicious. Many other choices that make it difficult to chose. Staff is friendly, patient and helpful. This is a destination place for a great drive or ride into the country

If nothing else go see the original documentation of the rain levels from decades ago. They are painted on planks and hung on the wall. I watched these since I was 5 (53 years ago). Perfect insight to Texas floods and droughts. Huge menu. Counter service so figure out what you want before you get in line. Cheap for what... More

Great, healthy food. This is a local gathering usually including travelers or tourists too. The warm ambiance is classic, hill country Texan. The food is great, fresh, and healthy including gluten-free options. You'll be glad you stopped here!

This is a great stop on the way to visit the wineries of Central Texas. It is situated on the Town Square in Blanco and an extremely popular place. The food is always good, including burgers, sandwiches, quiche, soup and much more. Everything is made from scratch. The baked goods are an additional treat !! A very nice gift shop... More
