On a recent trip through DFX I had a long layover and I decided to eat at Pappadeux. I had eaten at Pappadeux in Houston and was hoping the experience would be just as good. To my surprise I had an outstanding experience. I had the Sea Bass and my favorite Left Hand Milk Stout. The Sea Bass was fantastic.... More

The Fishing is Great @ Dallas / Fort Worth At the airport, that is. You’re hungry and are between flights. There is McDonald’s and pizza. There is McDonald’s and Starbucks. There is McDonald’s and Subway. And there is McDonald’s. My flight took me through DFW. I didn’t want to stand and order, I did not want a soft drink in... More

Located inside the airport inside security, this was quite a find for us. The service was excellent and the food was just what we needed. I highly reccomend the filet. Literally cut it with a butter knife. Will return whenever we're in DFW

Had to stop on my way to the airport, I was craving seafood. To my surprise I ordered the best gumbo in a long time, lots of shrimp and flavor. I ended up ordering the catfish with ponchartrain sauce, and it is to die for - with dirty rice.

On a layover at DFW, which i have done many times but had no clue that Pappadeaux's had a restaurant there. Located on the lower level in almost a secret location lies this amazing restaurant. I have eaten many times in the city of Dallas at several locations. This was, like the others a great meal. I did not have... More

I had a quick bite at Pappadeaux in Terminal A of DFW. It keeps the standard of want you expect at Pappadeaux at other locations. The service is quick and efficient, which is important for Business travelers. If you are a seafood lover like me, you wouldn't be dissapointed.

Definitely one of the best best choices for a GREAT meal..at the airport OR out and about in Dallas. I ran down to get a table and had time for an entree...but the oysters tempted me and the gumbo tempted me...ooooh the list is long my friend. What I did have time for was the Chilean Seabass with the jumbo... More

When you first come up to the restaurant, you might well ask where it is. There is only a sign and an escalator. Get on the escalator, and you descend into the depths of the airport and arrive in New Orleans, or at least a good version of the city’s cuisine. Unlike many airport restaurants, Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen has some... More

Louisiana origin restaurant where you can specially enjoy fish, shrimp, crab and lobster dishes. Good quality of ingredients in each dish. Also, great quantity of food in each plate. There are also pasta and salads, which are good too. Big desserts! Medium range prices, about $18 per plate. If you´re planning to visit it, you must go with an empty... More

We had a layover between flights and were not disappointed with our choice of restaurants! Three of us had po boys - the plates were HUGE with more fries than 3 people should eat. The restaurant itself is very nice, Art Deco in decor, located one floor down in a nice quiet area. Allen, or waiter, was outstanding and we... More
