I originally started coming here to try Peruvian food before my trip to Lima. I have been here several times and it never disappoints. The food is always so fresh and colorful. From butter leaf fish tacos and yummy fruit colados you can’t go wrong....More

My wife and I went with some friends and were blown away. I have spent quite a bit of time in South America, and this is the best South American restaurant in Dallas, and probably the best I've had in the states. Thoroughly enjoyed the...More

Nazca is one of my favorite places to meet for great healthy and flavorful food for a business meeting. The restaurant is quiet enough for a conversation and every meal I’ve had there has been delicious.

This restaurant is nearly invisible due to the extreme construction going on around it. Once you're inside you'll note two things: (1) cool interior and (2) always crowded. The fact that is well-attended even with bad construction and parking says it all. Food is excellent,...More

Went with a bunch of tennis friends. We were a large group and our servers handled us very nicely. The steak tacos on half corn half flour tortillas were excellent. Would definitely go back.

I was skeptical when I pulled up to this restaurant and saw a bunch of construction and no other restaurants nearby. Then I walked inside and saw that it was packed for a Sunday evening. I also smelled a dish leaving the kitchen. I was...More

Many people have complained that this is not authentic Peruvian fare. Well it is not meant to be. It is an eclectic mix with influences from many South American cuisines. We were here for brunch at the McKinney location. Note: mimosas which are $2 at...More

Pleasant surprises are few and far between it seems; more likely you experience the opposite (see also Boba Fett vs Sarlacc pit). However, eating at Nazca Kitchen was one of the bright moments. Before moving to Dallas, I lived for a period of time in...More

This restaurant's South American menu was culled from the owner's many trips down there, with some of his own interesting twists thrown in. A true original. There isn't a thing on the menu I've tried that wasn't interesting and delicious. The acai bowl in the...More

Description
A fresh take on South American cuisine in a new kind of dining experience. At Nazca Kitchen, our menu is a diverse and refined selection of authentic South American dishes. From roasted chicken and fresh fish ceviches, to Acai breakfast bowls and specialty coffee blends, Nazca Kitchen is a fresh take on the traditional cuisine that has defined South America's history. And with every bite, you'll find that it is a history worth repeating. The name, Nazca Kitchen, comes from a unique, agricultural civilization that once flourished along the southern coast of Peru. The Nazca culture was known not only for their exquisitely crafted textiles and polychromatic pottery, but also their impressive system of aqueducts that after more than 1,000 years, is still in use today. The name comes from “Las Linas de Nazca”, the ancient formation of geoglyphs or etchings in the desert outside Nasca, Peru. Though environmental factors brought an end to the Nazca civilization, Nazca Kitchen wishes to continue the ancient tradition of fresh-picked ingredients, rich flavors, and authentic dishes.
