If you want to eat some amazing southwestern cuisine you must stop in at Fearings. Tortilla soup is the best thing you will ever have. You want a great bartender you stop in the rattlesnake and ask for Jaime. So many dining room options you have to just walk through the place and be amazed.

This would be our 4th visit to Fearings in 5 years and this is the first year that I felt something has changed. The service is usually top tier, but was not as attentive or friendly as usual. The drinks in the bar are excellent and the bread basket is unchanged. The meal is great, but open to personal preference.... More

If I could give Fearing's 4 1/2 stars, I would. The only reason it is not 5 stars is I learned buffalo is not my favorite dish. Other than that, however, the experience was pretty impeccable. Interior is warm/contemporary. Tan woods + stainless steel + leather seats. On a Tuesday night, the vibe was busy but not chaotic or loud.... More

Recently, I had the prix fixe Sunday brunch here - and it was pretty much of a let down. Esp. for the money we paid. The food was well prepared, but what was there of the legendary Dean Fearing? Not much that I could taste. I had the fish tacos, which was, I thought, an adventuresome dish, but it came... More

On October 15, 2016 we chose Fearing’s to celebrate a 60th birthday for a family member to ensure it was a special evening.  It started with a lovely personalized birthday card at the table from the General Manager, Michael Gluckman.  The food was all that we expected during the course of the appetizers and entrees.  The surprise and disappointment came at... Had both dinner and two brunches at Fearings - both were surperb! Brunch buffet is one of the nicest I have seen, with great Eggs Benedict!

We have eaten at Fearing's while attending meetings at the Dallas Ritz on more than one occasion. Like the hotel in which it is located, it provides an outstanding experience. The food and wine selection are both top notch. Do not miss the tortilla soup as a starter.

6 of us enjoyed brunch. Service excellent in every way. Starters: shrimp cocktail was fine, perfect tortilla soup, tasty donut holes (actually beignets) with house made sausage, bu this dish was a tiny portion. Main courses were large and filling: short ribs braised in Dr. Pepper were tasty and not too sweet, Huevos rancheros very good, steak with a grilled... More

We celebrated three birthdays here last week at a beautiful outside table on a perfect night. The outdoor table was perfect as inside was so loud you could barely hear anything. The steak and chicken fried lobster were excellent as well as the bison tenderloin. The service was good but not great, could have been better with the price tag... More

My husband, kids and I were staying at the Ritz Carlton in Dallas and decided to have the breakfast buffet. From the scrambled eggs and specialty egg-bakes to the pasties, this buffet was delicious!!! It was a little pricey, but normal range for a nice hotel buffet. We also had dinner that night. Thankfully dinner was a birthday gift for... More
