I've gone to Rooster's many times. I have never eaten anything that didn't taste good, the people are always friendly. The only negative is the building is on the small side so when it gets busy. If you're very hungry I suggest the King Burger.

We have eaten at Roosters's several times over the years when we visit Decatur. This is a very casual, friendly, enjoyable place to eat or have a beer. We see local people there of all ages. The service is excellent and so is the food.

We had a group of 10- seated immediately. Wonderful old building. I had the brisket burger which was excellent. All in the group loved their food. None of us tried the Hell Burger, featured on Man vs Food.

Spent the day at the race track in Ft Worth, Came back to Decatur for some good food. I was craving a good cheeseburger. It was like homemade. Very juicy and flavorful. I saw the dessert list and took the Blackberry cobbler back to the hotel for later. Served in a short Ball jar, it was really good. I would... More

Most of us got the brisket burger, I got the King Brisket Burger, both were fantastic. Really can't say enough about this place it's that good. Service is good to oh and don't... More

We've been here a couple of times and it's always good. They have some unique twists on burgers that are delicious. The Mrs calls the BBQ "very good." Great spot for a weekday lunch when we are in town.

At the recommendation of our hotel, we found the bar/restaurant. It was around the charming town square and was a fun place to be. Had great drink specials and an awesome bartender server, Marilyn. Worth the stop!

The owner and his staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The Brisket burger is off the chart good. Home made potato chips and ice cold beer. I'll be back!

We had a great burger at Rooster's and tried their answer to onion rings, which were very good, too. Interesting place.
