Super busy, but friendly waitstaff. Highly recommend the Tacos OJ! Authentic Mexican cuisine. Also my kids devoured their burritos.

Went on recommendation of travelers. We ordered chicken and BBQ tacos and salsa. Great taste and reasonably priced.

I normally judge Mexican restaurants by their relleno and tamales. But I judge REAL Mexican restaurants by their pescado, their fish. I had the Mexican Cat Fish. Wonderfully cooked fillet chunks. Moist and flavorful. My wife has the fish tacos -- which featured the same lovely cat fish chunks. On the Tuesday night 9we were there, parking was tight, and... More

I'm so glad my wife took the time to check the Trip Advsor website before we passed through Ft. Stockton! We normally play it safe in an unfamiliar environment and stick to the well known fast food places. On our return trip from Los Angeles to San Antonio, we were starving, and decided to try something new. Being that it... More

I got the mexican chicken fried steak on one visit and a variety plate another time, both times the food was excellent. The only gripe I would have about it, if I had one, is it is a bit pricey. But still well worth the visit.

If it hadn't been for reading reviews on Tripadvisor, I would never have looked for a restaurant in this semi-industrial area, and based on the outside of the building, never stopped to eat. BTW, it is not a yellow building. But we found it, went inside and had some of the best Mexican food ever. My companion had two tacos... More

We asked the locals for authentic Mexican food and they all said this place. It was good and portion sizes are good, not huge like some places. No add on's like sour cream and quac unless you ask. They just started serving beer so they only have two choices. No other alcohol. Not much to look at on the outside,... More

Really excellent food and friendly service. It was jammed but the wait was not long at all. Everything was fresh and delicious. Worth every penny.

We ate here on th advice of locals when we stayed at the fort Stockton campground. Everything was fresh and flavorful. They do not serve alcohol, but a fresh margarita would have been nice. We travel a lot of the southwest and this is a place we would highly recommend.
