Had a really good time. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The waiter made several suggestions that turned out good. Not pricey.

My daughter and I both had chicken souvlaki and the chicken was overcooked and dry. The sauce (tasted like tzatziki and feta mixed) that came with it was fabulous and the pita bread was fresh and delicious. My daughter didn't enjoy the Lima beans but the other sides (toasted potatoes and green beans) were very tasty. The wait staff was... More

I have had my fair share of Greek food and I have to say, this is one of the best Greek restaurants outside of Greece I've been too in a long time. Nice atmosphere and their prices are very reasonable. Their appetizers are a must. The dolmas and dolmades are good but the spanakopita steals the show. Although I always... More

The ambiance here is cozy, the fresh from scratch food is delicious! This restaurant has been around a while which tells you something! Thoroughly enjoy eating here when I'm hungry for Greek food!

This was a great authentic greek restaurant; I will definitely be coming back again. For apps, we got the octopus, which was so delicious and creamy, not rubbery at all! For mains, we got 2 gyros and the vegetarian platter, which is large enough to split between two (albeit not extremely hungry) people. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The... More

I love Greek food and have been eating at other Greek restaurants in Dallas, Chicago and Tampa Bay for years. I have my favorites but decided to try Platia because it had such good reviews. I have a new favorite Greek restaurant. They have the BEST Avgolemono soup I have ever had! I ordered the Mana Mou dinner to try... More

This place is consistent, fairly priced, especially for the area and not a corporate debacle. Food is always fresh and very good. Even though I have some Greek restaurants that make me a snob, this place stands up to them easily. Lamb sampler and nagasaki please. I need to expand my plates, but finding something good is sometimes best practice.... More

I rarely have this experience, all four of us dined for our birthday/anniversary dinner and we all liked or loved ALL of the entrees, appetizers, and dessert. We had the fried cheese(saganaki) and the octopus appetizers, both REALLY good. Octopus was not at all rubbery or spongy, cooked in baslamic vinegar/olive oil. MMM mmm good! Two of us had the... A large party severely limited the space on a very cold December night. No one would brave the patio on a frigid night. The wait was long, but the food was very good. We enjoyed the delicious pita with dips and were anticipating the lamb shank. No such luck, the shanks were gone and I had to settle for lamb... More

I thoroughly enjoy Greek food. I have tried most of the Greek restaurants in Frisco/DFW and this one is hands down the best! Not only because of the quality and taste of the food! But because of the great customer services..dine-in or carryout!
