Nostalgia. A really exciting throwback to a simpler time. Hearty food, great service, and a local atmosphere make the STAR a great little breakfast spot. Try the grits or the pancakes, you'll not be disappointed.
This is a throwback to when you sat at a counter and watched them whip up your milkshake. The decor is like being in a thrift shop. The waitress is busy but friendly. The food is surprisingly good. Come for the nostalgia.
