Had lunch with c25 friends from a social group. The food was good & our server, Natalie, did a nice job. I enjoyed the Lousiana gumbo & a spicy shrimp salad. Everyone in the group was happy with their food. I booked in advanced which was good because it was a MLK holiday so it was quite busy. Originally, we... More

They have a good selection at this local haunt. I've had the redfish on at least 2-3 occasions, and it was great quality - soft, good texture on top without toughening the inside. The sides are good as well. If you work nearby, I'd definitely recommend it for lunch.

Big Fish is one of my favorite restaurants in Grapevine. Good seafood. The crawfish flautas are very good with the roumalad sauce. Crab cakes are also good. Jambalaya is a good dish too. Locals and tourists come to Big Fish. They also have local entertainment occasionally. Casual and friendly.

We had a very enjoyable meal on a busy post Christmas weeknight. My husband ordered combination seafood platter- the fried fish was good but not best ever the oysters and shrimp were good. He didn't love the catfish. The veggies were excellent. I had a broiled blackened redfish. It was cooked well but a tad bland. It could have been... More

Small place with a fairly extensive menu. The specials on the chalkboard were our best bet. Seafood is specialty so that's a good bet. Beer selection is good too.

Excellent place, food and service. I had Gumbo and Fried Oysters. I will go back. Best Gumbo and not everyone can make Gumbo. So if you want great food give them a try.

I had the redfish with crawfish sauce and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly. Hushpuppies were also good. Service was excellent.

I found this place on Trip Advisor during a stay near DFW airport tonight. It's in downtown Grapevine, maybe 10 minutes from the airport. I didn't have any of the fried fare, but the six oysters on the half shell rivaled almost anything I've had anywhere - huge, sweet and fresh out of the gulf. I was more than impressed.... More

Big Fish is worth the weekend wait, for sure. The fried shrimp basket is great, and the hushpuppies are always perfectly cooked. If seafood isn't your thing, the Cajun beef stew (think pot roast soup) is phenomenal.
