Read the reviews before visiting, one mentioned the rolls, they were hot and soft, but also white and tasteless. Tried the manicotti, which was ok, the sauce could have used more garlic. The service was excellent, but it was very busy, could be different if had a fuller dining room. Real simple place, nothing fancy at all.

Do not let the exterior of this restaurant turn you off. It's an old building with an amazing restaurant inside. Every meal I've had here has been wonderful and a great value. Ate until completely full of wonderful lasagna for a an incredible price.

Good pizza! Building does need updating. The salads are just iceberg lettuce and the pasta is okay but could be better.nice and hardworking staff.

Dont let the building fool you. Inside the rough looking building, they have good italian food. The pizza, eggplant parm, and pastas were all good quality. Not top-notch italian you'd find in Houston or Dallas, but for rural Texas it was quite good. I'd definitely go back.

We like to eat around Hamilton on our frequent drive and since Ortega's sold out we have been lost. This is an old time Italian restaurant that serves fresh food with a smile. The décor may be out of date and a bit shabby but the service is good and I had one of the best Philly steak sandwiches this... More

I have eat here several times eating several dishes and pizza at lunch. Both times I have got pizza, it was burnt. Lasagna was better but not great....As previous poster put...lack the degree of professionalism to shine. They seem to use good ingredients, just a lack of motivation to go the extra steps to raise their quality to the next... More

The pizza was average, at best. The lasagna was the worst we have ever eaten. I guess with no competition, they aren't very motivated.

Oh my gosh! The bread is amazing. I could make a meal of just the bread and the wonderful Alfredo sauce that came on my tortellini. Of coarse, the tortellini was so tender and fresh too. I was a little disappointed that my meal did not include a salad. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the... More

Giovanni's is our go to restaurant when we get a hankering for Itailan food. We've tried just about everything on the menu and never been disappointed. And it's the best pizza in town! The hot bread is so good and the salads are crispy and fresh! Can't be beat!
