Personalized service and the manager always drops by to see how the food was. Fast service during lunchtime. Highly recommend for salads to big meals, whatever one is hungry for.

It is nice to find a restaurant with linen tablecloths, quality furniture, great ambiance and old world charm in a lunch venue The service was excellent and they offered a very good menu that included both breakfast and lunch selections. The house wine was adequate but not exceptional. The Beef & Chicken Kabobs were coated with a very tasty teriyaki... More

The French Corner offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options in a "you walk up and order" semi-cafeteria style restaurant. I understand there are several around Houston but I ate at the one just off Main near the Texans Stadium. Attractive exterior near a small mall made me think this would be a good place to grab breakfast before... More

This was my first time and went to lunch with co-workers. I was mildly surprised at how warm the atmosphere was. We all ordered something a little different (sides), I had chicken marsala (excellent flavor) with salad and mashed (loaded) potatoes. Another had a veggie wrap, a BLT, etc... Everything looked good, fresh and all seemed to enjoy their meal.... More

Went to French Corner for lunch today on a business associate's recommendation. Will be sure to go back. Very reasonably priced but mostly fresh, tasty food. I had the avocado and brie sandwich with fries. Enough food that I saved half the sandwich for dinner. Delicious! Friend had the three salad lunch and cleaned her plate.

We arrived at 9am and they were in full swing of preparing for the day's catering. We were a little surprised by all of the box lunches being prepared in the dining area. Very standard American breakfast fare. The omelet was tasty and the service was friendly and fast. I guess we expected more. Maybe a croissant instead of wheat... More

I have had French Corner's boxed lunches a couple times before, which are generally not great, but I thought I would give them a try in restaurant. So, basically their restaurant is really weird. I showed up on the tail end of a Friday lunch (around 1:30 p.m.) and the place was practically empty save for a few of employees... More

These days it is hard to find a truly french bakery that makes pastries from scratch. This is as good as you find in Paris. hand made and irresistible on the display case. Picked up way too many!

This place is homey, yet European. Great Salads and Soups. I thought it would be mostly for women, a la La Madelaine, but it had a diverse clientelle. They do salmon a bunch of different ways, all of them good. Near a lot of entertainment, and prices are reasonable for area.
