I loved the young vibe and the different food. The restaurant is cool - it's done very organically and has a nice vibe. The signage out front terrible - I would have never guessed that this was the restaurant -improve this !!! I had ribeye steak - nicely done Loved the kale salad Pistachio dessert only ok I would come... More

I am a life long vegetarian and I thought the tasting was awesome! Very creative, lots of different flavors, beautiful presentation. Service was great as well. I would definitely come back!

Provisions is the go-to place for Houston's young professionals and foodies. All shareable portions, all described on the huge menu that doubles as a table cover, all fabulously inventive, all affordable. The paired breads, cheeses, and spreads were a treat. Vegetables, pizza, meats, pastas, fish, and dessert each offered culinary surprises to graze through. We three tried to deconstruct each... More

I had to sign up to this website specifically compelled to write a review about yesterday's The Pass visit for dinner. I'm still recovering from chills, a headache, and fever that I felt right after the return to my house. The Pass dinner was the only thing I ate since 1pm that day, so there was no other culprit than... More

My wife and I went to The Pass for our first time recently. We are both vegetarians, and were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We’ve enjoyed wonderful vegetarian tasting menus in New York, London and elsewhere, and were excited about visiting The Pass to experience theirs. We combined it with their wine and cocktail pairings, too. However, while the service... More

I'm confused about the name of the restaurant. Is it Pass and Provisions or just Pass or just Provisions. Anyway, we had an excellent dinner. The plates are meant to be shared so the portions are a little smaller. They are not at a smaller price however. I had the Boudin sausage with fermented red cabbage and mustard greens. Excellent.... We stopped here for a drink after dining at Lucio's right down the street. Although the bartender was very knowledgeable and service-oriented, Pass and Provisions was not worth a repeat visit. Why? The bar is very dark, lifeless, and cold (literally the air conditioning was making us ice over) - in a nutshell, no ambiance. The drinks, although good, were... More

Amazing experience - we had the tasting menu with a couple of wines recommended by the sommelier. It was a delight from start to finish. The food was out of this world with a mix of textures and tastes in each dish. The whole experience is in my top five restaurants and I have been lucky enough to eat in... More

Yep. Pass and Provisions is the real deal. Big flavor. Appropriate portions. Very fair pricing for the quality of the food. I was a little concerned about the pizza. Why would one spend all of that time fermenting a dough with yeast just to roll it super flat and squeeze out all of the yeast bubbles? But it worked. It... More

We had been birdwatching along the Upper Texas Coast for a week and were concerned for our health having been unable to avoid a diet of almost entirely fast food. What a joy to enter the unassuming entrance of the Pass and find a proper restaurant. The 8 course menu was heaven and restored our faith in culinary science. Good... More
