My husband and I ate at La Griglia during our recent trip to Houston. We decided to order their signature pasta dishes. I was not very impressed by mine as it was hot and spicy. My husbands ravioli were sweet, but he liked them. The best thing about the meal was the ricotta and strawberries italian cake. It was outstanding.... More

It was one of the two or three days in Houston when it is really nice to eat outside. The service was good and the food was really tasty. My Wife's salmon was not as hot as she would have liked but good none the less. I had their version of chicken alfredo, it was as good as it gets.... More

Before the Streisand concert, my 3 friends and I went here for dinner. While being seated right away, we had to ask any server/busboy within reach for our menus, a waiter to take our order, our food status twice, and then the check! Once seated we were totally ignored! I know they were busy, but for a $200 check, I... More

The AC was on so cold that we needed gloves. We ordered wine that they were out of which was fine except that it took them 20 minutes to figure it out. The food was fine. The service was over the top and intrusive all around, a big disappointment.

As a member of OpenTable and Landry's select club I Dine out very often. I frequent restaurants of all types and I understand that certain caliber restaurants will not meet certain expectations. However, on this day my spouse and I were looking for someplace nice but casual to dine in and we chose this establishment. I must say I was... More

When a restaurant over produces and quietly stands out, you return over and over! Our business lunch included the chicken and vegetable soup which was the day. Probably the healthiest combination of fresh ingredients you could ask for...simple and delicious. I had the chicken tuscano, sauteed spinach, and a small side of pasta, aboslutely superb. Another party had a seafood... More

We drove from the Hill Country to Houston on a Sunday and then thought about where to have dinner. Our favored places were closed, so we drove over to River Oaks Center and re-visited an old favorite as we used to live nearby. It was a wonderful homecoming for us. The food and most particularly having wonderful wine available by... More

Cool restaurant that has maintained its individuality even though it's part of landrys. The service is formal the decor colorful and fun with lots of murals and colored glass light fixtures. The menu is Mediterranean and Italian abd includes standard fare plus dishes built around less common ingredients such as figs beets and wild boar. I'd return.
