Union Kitchen is a great place to head after work for their happy hour. The bar is always full and the bartenders are engaging. The happy hour prices can't be beat and with half-price appetizers and their HH appetizer menu its a wonderful mid-week...or Friday night, diversion. If you are still hungry, they will find you a table to enjoy... More

Great ambiance and good service, but the food tended to be off temperature (cold). My son, a former manager in a local upscale restaurant organization, has been there several times, thinks their off-temperature food is inveterate, and even speculated on the reasons. He had warned us about going, but my wife and I wanted to try it out anyway. We... More

From the outside you would not think the inside was this elegant. Hubby chose this quiet upscale restaurant by the menu. I wanted a lobster omelet and hubby wanted a crab omelet. The seating was comfortable and spacious, the staff were attentive and friendly, the service was relaxed. Our food came out together, hot and delicious. The lobster was sweet... More

Just left this place. Had a friends get together of 12 people. Waiter seemed overwhelmed and not that great. Friendly but took a while to bring drinks and bread. Waiter was knowledgeable about wine list and food items. A variety of food was ordered. The wedge salad was good. The Parmesan truffle fries were a MAJOR disappointment. Don't order them!... More

Not what I expected. Very large menu selection. My friend had the Meatloaf- looked tasty. I had the pork chop w mashed potatoes and spinach. Cooked to perfection. The bread pudding was chunky goodness w a chocolate flavor. Live music.

We were looking for a quiet upscale dinning experience and had passed by the Union Kitchen in a shopping center just off 59 in the Kingwood area for years. I am glad we stopped in. This is an upscale but not high-end restaurant with a broad menu of American (meat loaf, chicken & steaks) with some italian (pasta and pizza).... More

It is pricey, but the portions are huge. I had the Union Burger, and I had to cut it in four pieces. One thing ask for the bread, it is complementary, but you need to ask for it. The bread is very good, very soft and buttery.

Very interesting full service restaurant tucked in a strip mall. Inside there were many separate areas to sit with different ambiances, plus a private dining area for groups. We sat on an elevated platform. The menu choices were unique and intriguing. Our gracious server, Camille helped me decide on the fish tacos with Mahi fish and a wonderful cilantro sauce.... More

Had Sunday Brunch with the family (kids included) a couple of weeks ago. What a great restaurant in Kingwood (suburbs) of Houston. They have specials and bottomless mimosas for $10.00! Service was excellent even though it was very busy and our waiter was very pleasant and never made us feel rushed. We went during restaurant week and they had a... More
