We arrived on time and were promptly seated. Our server, Cesile, was first rate, offering good advice about menu choices. We had crab cakes, redfish, swordfish and scallop entrees, all were perfectly done and well-flavored. Appetizers and desserts also very good. A special note about...More

We ate here before going to a concert at the Toyota Centre. I had the seafood platter, it was really good, great flavours, fresh, nicely presented. I don't remember exactly what my boyfriend had but I do remember the AMAZING fried cube of Mac and...More

I had friends take me here for my birthday. While it was good, it was not a stand out restaurant for me. There are other places in Houston that offer better good and a more enjoyable aospgere.

Visiting from out of town, our research led us to the Reef as one of the better seafood options in Houston. The menu promised a culinary experience to be remembered. The food I would give high marks, as our appetizers and entrees were very enjoyable....More

Our server was fantastic and made several suggestions on wine and food that were wonderful. They had a HUGE wine selection that provided something for everyone. Fresh oysters were available from two locations, which were both delicious, but the Galveston oysters were the best. The...More

This seafood restaurant is in an old auto dealership. Nothing fancy but kind of interesting. Service was laughable: cocktails came out very slowly after a long wait before our waiter appeared to take the order. I had the fried oyster appetizer which was abundant and...More

Understand when i say that, it is reasonable to other high-end seafood and steak joints that cater to expense account crowds. That means entres in the $30-40 range (rather than the 40-50). But the real value here is the wine list. First of all its...More

Very nice space. Waiter helpful, but a bit snooty. Exquisite beet salad. Fish was fresh and perfectly cooked ... but somehow it didn't deliver a "wow."

Just miles from the gulf, this restaurant specializes in fresh to market seafood and creative / delicious preparation and presentation. If you want breaded: fried 'traditional' seafood, there must be a Red Lobster you can find. If you want delicious & different, go here.... Thanks,...More
