Quick service. Good prices. Great food. Nicely done! Never a bad meal. Great for two people or a dozen or more. Don't miss this place.

Second location of El Tiempo, I visited. Food delicious, Margeritas, delicious, service excellent! Very nice atmosphere. Rather reasonable prices. Definitely a place to go regularly.

These guys really know how to deliver a great Mexican meal! Three couples we sat down for lunch at noon and ate and drank for 2 1/2 hours. We had burritos with a superb mole sauce, fajitas that were prepared perfectly and the service was outstanding. The margaritas are the best in town and the bartenders are truly a show.... More

We stopped in for lunch after Christmas. As always, the food and service were very good. My wife and I ordered from the lunch menu. Both servings were more than enough. The only draw back was the people sitting at the table next to us. They had no sense of place or space. They were loud and obnoxious. That is... More

Delicious food, great margaritas, awesome guacamole! Service was good, despite being packed. A little expensive, but at least it was worth it.

Checked this place out today for lunch and got the fajita queso. In my mind I'm thinking stand sliced grilled fajita chicken topped with liquid queso. I was absolutely wrong. It came in a small bowl of cubed flavorless chicken that tasted and had the texture like it was out of the freezer box. The cheese was more the texture... More

We were visiting Houston and wanted Tex-mex and outdoor. (It was 78 degrees at 8:00 pm). The bar was friendly and easy to get a seat and enjoy a beer before being seated outside. We waited about 20 minutes for an outdoor seat (immediate indoor seating was available). I have crispy tacos that were hand fried and delicious. We ordered... More

I enjoy going to this place when in Houston. The atmosphere is fun and food is plentiful and generally good, however prices have crept up. Top shelf margaritas in particular are expensive and not worth the surcharge of $4 on top of the base cost of $7.95. The drinks seemed like they were watered down a bit.

Everything was fantastically tasty (aka. Fantasty)! Chips and Salsa were amazing with the kind of hot smoky taste you can't find every day. The green sauce was really good too. My wife and I split the classic beef fajitas...they were fantastic! I'm probably going to dream about them later tonight! They didn't have the citrusy taste you might expect. Instead,... More

I've been going to 1308 (as we the locals call it) since it opened 10 years ago. I love the place go 3 times a week - Margaritas are awesome, 3 of those and you'll have your own fiesta! If you love carnitas this is the place to go, ask for "old school" carnitas for that extra crunch! All of... More
