This was an unfamiliar restaurant to me. It can be fittingly called fast casual for while they have real plates and utensils, the order is placed at a register and the food is brought the table. Two of us had the salmon with deal sauce. The salmon was flaky and served with wild rice and asparagus. Great meal. The third... More

This is a charming little place in Lewisville that offers their customers such a wonderful choice of soups, sandwiches and salads! Think of this place as a country French Cafe and Bakery but only in Lewisville, Texas! I also loved the fact that I was able to bring home a jar of their wonderful Tomato Basil Soup and a jar... For the price, this place is a great deal. Consistently delicious and always clean. I like that they have large enough space for my growing family lol!

Sometimes you just want a simple quick and quiet breakfast! The poached eggs were okay - the real draw was the croissant which was flaky and better than Starbucks. And the coffee was good. Had lots of table options to do my work Is it fantastic? No. Is it better than being crammed into a Starbucks? Definitely!

At first I entered and couldn't find which area to order until asked if I was ready. I'm not one to care about much more than the food. The French Onion soup was small and disheartening on a few levels and the sandwich had entirely too much butter to eat more than a quarter of (I'm a 225lb steak lover).... More

Twenty years ago my husband and I loved to go to The Madeleine by Highland Park. You entered, grabbed a tray, and visually feasted on the possibilities behind the glass partition and ordered at will. And the pastries were a visual delight. The Napoleons were perfectly made and cut. And we always ordered two giant croissants to go so we... More

Came to this place to taste something different, but got disappointed. The food taste like Applebees. No french techniques or method of preparation. At least it's fresh ingredients.

I travel for work to Lewisville and whenever I am there we always go to La Madeleine French Bakery for lunch. They have a delightful atmosphere and a large menu of unique items to order. I eat healthy and there are several options. The staff is very pleasant. It is causal and the service is fast enough for an hour... More

We found this place by accident while looking for another restaurant, and we were glad we did. I would describe this place as "Panera meets French cuisine". The service was very fast - hence the fast food label - but that's where any similarity to fast food ends. The food was much better than we expected. My wife said the... More
