Had dinner here with a friend and enjoyed the atmosphere with live music and the wine. The food was pretty good but not overly fantastic. Would go again for a fun night with friends!

I know this is a wine bar. But don't overlook the food. They prepare some excellent lunch fare and it is not crowded or noisy. It an excellent choice for a quiet lunch (hard to find). And we like it for a quick snack at night when we don't want to big meal.
Love, love, love Zin Zin. This is just a fun, un-pretentious place to hang out. Seating is available at the bar or outside and has tables that can be pulled together for a larger group. Also have a variety of cushy chairs and couches to sit on. Wine prices are reasonable and available by the glass or bottle. Also offer... More
This is located in the Adrica (sp??) area on Virginia and Stonebridge, It is a quiet little place that has a pretty decent cellar. The staff seems to know the wines and are not hesitant to make a recommendation. We have not eaten a complete meal there, but the appetizer plates are decent and the sandwiches are pretty good as... With a title like that, I should be able to tell you when Happy Hour is but unfortunately I am not sure on the hours. I believe it ends around 6 or 6:30pm but I do know that wines are $5 a glass during happy hour which is well worth it. Beyond that, the place was cozy and comfortable with... More
I have been to Zin Zen countless times and enjoyed our visit every time. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing compares to the ambiance not only in McKinney but in the DFW area. The wife and I went here this week for our date night. It was very cozy and intimate. They have a nice selection of wines and a nice menu. We each had a cup of soup and shared a shrimp pesto pizza with our wine. Both the soup and the pizza were very good. The wait staff was excellent and... More
Very unique decorations. It's setup as your living room so had a very cozy feeling. The hummus appetizer was very good and so was the panini sandwich. It is a great place to meet friends for lunch. Time to go back!
