This is a bar cafe in a wealthy suburb more known for local pickup place. Very snooty. No a/c and not very comfortable, low tables. Plenty of places that are much better.

It's 17:30 and the temperature is 35 Celsius. In the inside closed area of the cafe it's better than outside but still the person in charge should have taken care of the customers at least by turning on the air condition!
