Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great local in the beautiful square. The square and fountain are a must see when in the Pueblo. Just stop for a drink here … don’t eat, the food sadly isn’t good.

Food was really nice. My salad was especially good. We arrived early and was lucky to be seated in a nice table overlooking the fountain. Restaurant is small, cosy and situated next to a small town square (circle) with a nice fountain in the middle....If you want a seat here - come early- or make a reservation. It is small and tourists are many. Toilets are small and dirty. Staff was friendly and efficient. Adequate and satisfactory food for the whole family. The goat cheese, tomato salad was fantastic.More

Excellent lunch. Delicious food and great wine. The lady in charge was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely relaxing place to sit in a beautiful traditional Spanish square. We would 100% go here again!

One of the main reasons for going to the Pueblo was for the amazing tapas and drink at LA Nina...whst a terrible business mistake to stop this. The place was always packed out...went to sister restaurant instead El Morroe...rubbish tapas...frozen prawns...tasteless.. can't understand the logic...place...felt like it needed a good clean...toilet dirty..guy in LA Nina so friendlyMore

Loved the soup and the spaghetti with Shrimp and the staff is wonderful. Ate there as often as I could while visiting for the month of January into February.

They have a sister restaurant menu outside that was misleading. We were sitting at our table for 15min until the server came and told us we chose stuff from a menu they dont Use. Everything took so much time and people who came after us...got our stuff before. Super misleading place and rude and slow staff. Disaster.More

Pretty square, Plaza de España, we chose to eat in Restaurante La Niña and we were not disappointed. The food was beautiful, really special, the lady was very helpful and friendly and kind. We would definitely return if back in Benalmadena. Thank you!

What a wonderful little restaurant we came upon while strolling the streets of the old town in the hills of Benalmadena. The service was so polite and accommodating and the food was delicious. Had a bottle of Sonetti Pinot Grigio that was superb for lunch...al fresco.More

We ate here on a busy saturday night in high season. Everywere was busy but we managed to get a table here. My husband had the steak cooked to perfection i had the chicken in breadcrumbs both big portions. Even though it was busy we...didnt have to wait long and the waiter was very good. Loved the food here and the atmosphere in the square was great. We couldn't decide what to have so shared a few dishes. They were all very tasty. I'd highly recommend. We're vegetarian and found loads on the menu we could eat.

Very poor quality of food. Garlic & prawns had a hell a lot of garlic, spaghetti bolognaise with beef tested as corn beef… No tapas although it says on the menu on the website…

Very bland and greasy dishes. Can certainly make better food at home. Service slightly below average. Nice location though.

Combination of great food and awesome service with a view of Plaza España. The cook is spot on and you won’t find a friendlier server in the town. Be prepared to come back!!

We were greeted by Alberto who informed us they were short staffed so if we were happy to bare with them we could take a seat (we were grateful for him informing us this and was happy to wait and admire the beautiful setting). We...ordered the Fish, Ribs and 2 salads and then 4 deserts the food was delicious, sangria was the nicest ive had so far and a beautiful setting too, all for a very reasonable price. Alberto was extremely friendly and attentive, even though he was run off his feet. Highly Recommended this place if visiting the Old Town.More
