Very casual, great outdoors seating. Drinks are priced well and are very tasty. Food is good and comes out fast (to the table) This place is on my short list of TexMex in the area

the original breakfast burrito was better than expected and inexpensive ; for breakfast burrito lovers (like me) it is definitely worth a try ; hope their fish tacos turn out as well ;-)
We've been methodically trying TexMex restaurants in the area and this is better than the 6 or 7 others we've tried. Sauces a little better, food a little fresher etc. Have been back a couple of times.
