We found this gem a few years ago and it is one of our favorites. It is non-traditional Italian food with huge portions. The place is very small, but the food is fantastic and the staff is great.

Gabor Brothers came to Layton several years ago while I was working for the city. I have eaten there many times since and the quality of food and service has been consistently good. They serve the BEST garlic bread sticks! They are huge and delicious along with all their entrees.

I've been to the Gabor Bros. many times. It's like a bad habit in a way. Here is how it usually goes down. It starts like most trips out to eat, you are hungry and you want good food. Since I've been to Gabor Bros. before, I remember the good, if not great, food. And so we go. The place... More

Zuppa soup is awesome! Wait wasn't too bad, sat at bar to wait. Great staff, very nice atmosphere. Parking is limited. Seating is limited.

The places is very small so we usually try to go early or off peak times. Food is really good! We like to visit local places rather than chains. Pizza is good, portions are large and we always get extra breadsticks to go.

My family and I eat here quite a bit and love it! My favorite is the seafood pasta dish and the chicken parmesan. Their soups are delicious as well and made with quality ingredients. The staff is super knowledgeable about what's in each dish and are always really friendly. So happy there is something good to eat in Layton.

Small local establishment with great atmosphere. I was greeted by a lovely lady as I entered! I grabbed a seat at the bar and was immediately waited on. Ordered the lasagna with a salad and breadstick. Extremely tasty meal...in a word, delicious! I noticed another guy at the bar order a sub sandwich. It was HUGE! Way more than he... More

Friends introduced us to this culinary surprise this evening. We were fortunate enough to get what appeared to be the last parking space in the lot at 5:30pm. That's usually a good sign. Entering the diner caused a fork dangling from an old clock by fishing line to rise and fall gracefully with every opening and closing of the door.... More

One of my favorite things to do here is try their special of the day, its always exceptional. The place is always busy, so come just before rush hour. This is not fast food, so you do have a small wait for your food, as it is cooked to order. If you don't know where it is, use your GPS,... More

Not a huge please but yummy yummy yummy food! Service was not too fast but I kinda liked having some time to go over menus and in between appetizers and main course. Burgers are huge, pizzas enormous and pasta was enough for two persons!
