The Mrs. and I shared the chips appetizer, salmon, lamb burger and unstructured chocolate cake. The salmon was delicious! The burger was good, but it's a knife and fork deal rather than a traditional 2-handed sandwich. All-in-all, it was a nice meal for $67.

Avocado fries (3.5/5) $9 First time trying these. Not too bad but would have been nice to have other dipping options. Butternut squash soup (3.5/5) $9 Satisfactory. Nice taste. Wintergreen Hash (4/5) $15 Interesting presentation but was actually pretty tasty and a nice vegetarian option although portion was too small. *Salmon (2/5) $29 Had to return it because it was... Ambience and food should be better. Not a good cost benefit. Good wine and a tasty cookie for desert.

We had a very nice dinner there,. Food was very good. Server was friendly and helpful in getting directions for us. They have a very good selection of local brewed beers. Something new since we had lived in Utah.

Some things were okay this year...the salmon was tasty and well cooked, but served on a small slate tile which made eating it difficult. Chicken soup tasted like canned. This place is too much like a bar dining scene and, for the price, one would expect something better.

The Brass Tag has a warm, attractive, comfortable interior with an open kitchen as the focal point. A snowy evening after a day of skiing attracted both families and couples. The service is unobtrusive, friendly and attentive, there is an interesting varied menu and the food is wonderful with quality meats and vegetables, good wines and local beers and a... More

Very attentive service. Nice menu and at this table (that could seat eight) we could all communicate very easily. We had some great food and good evening together and they all worked to see we enjoyed ourselves. We came in after a movie and had a great evening.

We arrived relatively early. The restaurant didn't have too many diners yet, so the background music was loud. We asked our server to turn the volume down on the speaker above our table. It was done instantly. The menu has about 8 or so entrees. He told us the customer favorites were the oven roasted chicken and the salmon. He... More

We were visiting Park City for Sundance and staying with friends who live relatively close to the lodge in which Brass Tag is located. Looking for a place to relax on our final day in Park City, we headed here shortly after opening time. The full menu was not yet available, but a nice snacks menu was. We had some... More
