It says a lot about an ice cream company when it's below freezing outside and the ice cream store is packed. Ben & Jerry's is an institution in Vermont and has an excellent reputation that is so well deserved. We were impressed!

very quaint. small shop fast service seats about 20 to 30 people get an ice cream stay a few minutes and good good place

I recommend besides the ice cream the hot chocolate. I had hot chocolate everywhere I traveled thru the state of Vermont but B&J is the best. If you are at Burlington during the cold season don’t miss this decadent drink!

I just had to stop here for icecream while in Burlington. It was busy but I enjoyed my dessert while people watching at Church Street Marketplace. The icecream was yummy and we enjoyed dog-watching in this great pet friendly city.

Our kids love going here. There is always a crowd and the line always seems to be out the door when we go but the line moves fast.

Very nice clean store with friendly fast service and seating both inside & outside . I ordered Cherry Garcia & Butter Pecan on sugar cone . Excellent creamy ice cream we were both happy with the favors we ordered .......
