From the cocktails, to the starters, and finally the main course, this was the perfect meal. My friends and I had a wonderful dinner, and our server was delightful and attentive.

Amy, I appreciate your question. I am the one who answers every review we receive on TripAdvisor as I am the owner of Bistro de Margot. I do take pride in my work and in the product that I deliver to my guests, by that, I mean quality of the food we (the Team) serve and service we deliver. I do respect the opinion of my guests and do appreciate the good as much as the bad reviews as long as they are honest and fair. I visit almost every table and talk to every guests about their dinner and the experience we provide at bistro de Margot. I also hope that the guests will come forward and voice the issue they encountered when I visit their table and give me a chance to resolve the problem at the time they are having their dinner; as I always say, if given a chance I can resolve the problem,; getting a review online 1 or 2 week after the fact is unfair to me , my staff and my restaurant. We do mistake, we acknowledge this and we are always willing to fix them,but 1 or 2 weeks after the fact it is hard to do. I read your review about this hotel you stayed at where nobody seemed to hear your concern, you did talk to them, they did not do anything about it, you gave them a bad review, it is fair. The point is that you asked them to Fix a problem, they did not do anything.. I hope that I answered your question and that you will come and have dinner at Bistro de Margot, I am always happy to receive constructive criticisms, but I also believe that I have the right to answer the reviews and give my side of the story.
