Love this place. Great cocktails and wonderful service. They have Cold River vodka behind the bar! Very good steaks (wish they'd add a ribeye or other steak option) and nice Caesar salad beforehand. Great call for a full range of ages and appetites. My one knock on Killington is that as big a resort/area as it is, they need more... More

Decided to give this place another try and we're sorry we did. Everything seemed like it was out of the freezer from a big box discount store or something. We tried entrees during our last visit, which were barely average, but this time we decided to do tapas and ordered many things to have a try. The salads were good... More

Besides watching a great bartender at work, we really enjoyed the email plates. We tried the meatballs, cucumber mint salad, luscious crab cakes, and Catalan shrimp. For people like us who love to taste multiple tastes, this was a great find. It was very busy so reservations are your best bet.

While staying at the Inn at Long Trail our waitress from the pub, Anna, suggested trying the Garlic for dinner. There were only a few other parties in the restaurant that night as it was off season and a Sunday night. The atmosphere is fun with garlic braids hanging everywhere and huge mountains of wax from previously burned candles. (No... More

Best dish is their surprise specialty: grilled crushed garlic with olive oil and balsamic. Place is nice.

The restaurant's name refers to the roasted head of garlic that is mashed with olive oil and a splash of balsamic as an accompaniment to the bread served to diners. I like garlic, but I prefer my bread with butter. The menu at this Italian restaurant is a bit limited, and prices are a tad high (not surprising, given the... More

We had dinner here on a 2 night leaf peeping trip. The Champagne / Maple liquor cocktail was amazing as were our other drink choices (Prosecco and beer). We asked about portion sizes and the waiter said they weren't huge. They were and we ended up leaving most of it. Disappointing to be put off by such volume on a... More

We want on a Sunday evening in low season. Although there were tables free we could only have our evening diner in the bar which was very strange. This was a bummer! The pasta we ordered was ok and the bartender thar served us was an enthousiatic guy. Also try one of the many bears!! So overall we had a... More

We are Tapa lovers and were looking forward to sitting at the bar and enjoying a few Tapas. We ordered four different ones and they were all terrible and over priced for what you get. We ordered the steak tapa special 7$ and you got five small tips and two of them were raw. We ordered the grilled lime shrimp... More
