Kenya Kahindu Estate
A Kenya from the prestigious Nyeri region. Kahindu estate is one of the best Kenyas we’ve cupped all year! The cup is complex w/ red wine, ruby red grapefruit, a huge body & a sweet lingering peachy finish. a very special coffee that won’t last! 1lb
$15.99
Costa Rica “Corteza” microlot
This coffee comes to us from the west valley in the Naranjo region grown by Henry Mendez Arce. This coffee has a terrific balance in the cup. Milk chocolate, medium body w/ a sweet peachy orange finish that is clean & satisfying. A truly superb coffee!1lb

Front Four Espresso
Our house espresso, sturdy enough to be used w/ milk but balanced & complex enough to drink straight up. A seasonal blend designed to be versatile. Bakers chocolate w/ almond, deep jammy black currant, light sweet orange.. Current coffees: Daterra sweet yellow 20%, Colombia La Esperanza 40%, Costa Rica Corteza 40%, 18 gram, 200 f, 28 seconds, 1.25 oz straight/2 oz w/milk.

Guatemala Finca San Juan Microlot
A great offering from the famed Libertad area of Huehuetenango. This area consistently has some of the best coffees coming out of Guatemala. This coffee is no exception. It is bright but perfectly balanced. It has a juicy body w/ a raisiny sweetness. None of the components overpower each other. elegant!

Brazil Daterra Sweet Yellow
An exceptional Brazil from Minas Gerais. This farm is one of the most advanced & consistent in the world. This coffee is smooth & nutty w/ a very sweet clean aftertaste.

Sumatra Harimau Tiger
We have cupped a lot of Sumatran coffees this year. Many are good but not outstanding.. This Sumatran is stellar. It is clean & sweet w/ hints of cedar & melon. It has a tremendous body & a very syrupy mouthfeel. Did we mention that this coffee is sweet? really if you love Sumatrans you must try this offering. This is not your funky earthy Sumatran though this is an example of great processing & careful cupping. Enjoy!

Vienna Roast
Our darkest roast! This one is pulled from the roaster just before the oils start to appear. It is roasted slightly longer for a smooth & rich character. Our vienna is perfect for that after dinner cup! This coffees origin rotates based on the best fit for a dark roast within our current offerings. The current vienna roast is our Guatemala CODECH coop FTO. This coffee produces a wonderfully rich cup full of bakers chocolate w/ a smooth finish!

What a great way to start the day! This is probably some of the best coffee/latte/hot chocolate I have ever tasted, very creamy and flavorful. Also, the prices are low compared to national competitors—much better than Starbucks in both taste and price.

cool downtown Stowe vibe. Beware: pulling a u-turn in the parking lot with a cup of coffee in one hand, stick shift in the other with Metallica blasting the airwaves is a recipe for disaster. Upside: Stowe PD was both friendly and accommodating. They understood...More

It's always good to know where to find a great espresso and this place fits the bill. Good range of pastries/cookies as well. Interesting beer and cider selection in the back of the store. Nice place to sit, spacious with plenty of tables.

We visited here a couple of times during our stay in Stowe. They had so many different coffee variations that we tried a different one each time - never disappointed.

Not somewhere worth going. I went with my wife after a ski day. It was pricy and very low quality. I spent $7 on an egg sandwich that was cold all the way through. It was essentially a left over sandwich. When I let them...More

Black Cap Coffee (and Beer) is a fun place to stop for a hot drink, a pastry, or a brew. It's very popular and table space is limited, so be ready to share your seating. The baked goods are tasty, as are the drinks, and...More

I had coffee and croissants here twice in one week, and both times they were good quality and fresh, even late in the afternoon. Staff was helpful, but not exactly warm. They are young people that clearly catered mostly to their friends, who came in...More

Busy local cafe popular with tourists. Watch out for huge portions. One sandwich plate would have done for us both and we like our grub. Admittedly service was just ok . Mix of seating, comfy chairs, high tables etc.

Coffee was good but not worth the rude service at the counter. Was taken aback at how abrasive the girl taking orders was to an older woman in front of us as well as to my husband and I. Not the kind of experience you...More
