Our first time in Dover. We drove up for an overnight ski trip. Took a chance on the Silo. In general, the food was good and the prices reasonable. Service was a bit slow. Our waiter explained that their credit card machine went down and it caused many issues. He brought my son a complimentary dessert to make up for... More

Nothing special cheap stinks that are inconsistent. Good is decent average Sysco with no flare. Good for Thursday survivals

Went for dinner and enjoyed. Our waitress was very attentive to us. The nachos were good as an appetizer and the burgers and pulled pork sandwich were good for dinner.

Finally reopened. Food much better now that Michael in charge. I recommend the pulled pork and VT burger. Great steak fries and fresh coleslaw. Nachos looked good! A bit of a wait for the food but worth it. There is full service bar and popcorn for the wait. A nice addition to Mt Snow restaurants!

With an empty restaurant, the owner sat us a dark table in the corner, the waitress moved us to a nicer table. Later as we were ordering dinner the owner came back and told us either to move back to the table he put us at or leave! The waitress was as shocked as we were, we obviously left, and... More

The owner greeted and seated us. He as well as our server were very accommodating the whole evening. They had free hamburgers and hot dogs which were great. They were offering 10 cent wings which were amazing! Entrees were really delicious. Dessert was not great, we got the toll house cookie sundae which we suspected was frozen yogurt instead of... After a nice introduction to our server Thersa, we were continuously disappointed for the rest of the meal. Drink orders came after appetizers. .. 45 minutes after we were seated. Service was bad... Maybe people who have never worked in a restaurant before??? Food was cooked, over cooked and (in some cases) barely edible. Staff tried to make it up... More

It kinda reminded me of a old brothel. The staff was friendly(I believe our waitress name was Theresa) the place was crazy busy. The food was okay. Nothing to brag home about. They might want to change the buns they use for their burgers. The ones they have currently just didn't have a fresh taste to them. Fast fwd the... More

The Silo has great food and a game room for the kids to keep busy and let the parents relax after a day on the slopes. The staff is friendly and attentive they make everyone feel the relaxed vibe of Vermont. Dancing in the later hours can be a blast if you hit the right crowd.

So sad but this good old family favorite and night spot for the young party crowd is not going to open this season.
