The fries! Wow! The warm bread with herbal oil! You'll want to take some home. And, that's just getting started. So, starters... definitely the fries and the Caesar salad (its grilled with tons of Parmesan and anchovies, house-made croutons). That said, you can't go wrong with any of the starters. My husband and I frequent this restaurant and we have... More

Enjoyed all aspects of my visit, some of the best customer service I have ever received by a gentleman whose name I can't remember and excellent food. Excellent drink selection and preparation and the hangar steak was prepared exactly as I ordered it. Also, my appetizer (risotto with strawberry and chocolate ) was well-prepared, with a good texture. I look... More

Great food and extremely friendly service. 2 adults, 3 kids, everyone left happy. Their menu is fairly small, but everything I have ever had was delicious!

Special place to celebrate with adequate but low lighting. Seated immediately with our wine served by the owner - impressive to see working with staff. Courteous well versed waitperson. Dinner just flowed nicely throughout the entire evening. My husband had an impressive bowl of lobster bisque - multiple chunks of lobster and not those usual "flecks" . His steak was... More

Tip Top Cafe is a great place to go for reliably good food in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The tables are spaced far enough apart to allow for easy conversation. We have been dining at this restaurant for many years and can always count on a good meal at reasonable prices. The owner and staff are attentive without being... More

Stopped in for a business lunch. The quality of the food was quite good and the menu was creative, even if a little short. Service was friendly and fast. One grip - A sandwich is not a Reuben if its made with sweet cole slaw instead of sauerkraut. I'll go back. I recommend it if you're ever stuck in the... More

My wife and I wanted to have a nice dinner before going out to listen to some music and Tip Top Cafe was the perfect choice. We were seated quickly, and waited on attentively but not pushily. Recommendations were spot-on, the food was excellently sourced and prepared, and the tab was reasonable.

This is a great little Cafe with food a significant step up from the ordinary. I had a soup and sandwich combo that had a greens salad, 1/2 reubin sandwich and a beef/ cocous soup with bread pudding for dessert. Brittany was wonderful!

Love the fries and dipping sauce! Space was a little small and price a little high but still an enjoyable afternoon.
