We went here for a wedding cake tasting. We loved everything. The cakes were so good, all different icings. We even tested gluten free option. We also tried several pies . We did not find one that we did not like. Highly recommend the pecan pie because it was cooked to perfection, not dried out. The best cake (maybe not... More

Staff is very friendly. The place is clean! Interior is very welcoming and relaxing...especially the loft, which is worth checking out. 'Spinach Feta Croissant' cannot be described..all I can say is that it was so fresh and delicious! Not burnt outside, not doughy inside..it had its own flavor besides the filling. 'Blackberry Key Lime Tart' was not overwhelmingly sweet, and... More

Maple cinnamon croissant, oh yeah. Mmmm! One is all you can handle, or should, even though you want more. The staff are the hippest chic's in Cville. Fun crew. Did I say that everything there is from scratch. 5*

My wife and I tried this quaint little cafe/bakery out for breakfast. I had the Ham and Cheese Croissant and My wife had the Spinach Keish. We also shared their Healthy Blueberry muffin. Everything was great. I want to point out the Blueberry muffin. If nothing else go here for that. It is really healthy in how it was made.... More

After almost a year, it was time for another visit, this time with a French guest. We both agreed that the croissants were superb: buttery with a solid yet flaky texture and totally delicious. They also had an amazing "Jewish Blueberry Cake". It is Kosher, and as superb looking as their amazing muffins, but I'm not sure how Jewish it... More

The Salmon Dill & Cream Cheese quiche was the reason I got out of bed some mornings. The staff is friendly, the place is beautiful and the prices are very college-student-budget friendly.

The quiches we tried ( asparagus and salmon dill) were excellent. We also had the spinach croissant and that was good too.

Earlier today I stopped in at Paradox Pastry to p/u Holiday treats for dear friends, the selection was almost overwhelming, however, I spotted Macaroon snowmen cookies, which made it an easy choice, my friends were delighted to receive them. Visited 15th December 2015

Paradox Pastry offers the most delicious quiches - mini or large - of any bakery south of New York! Their flavor choices are not the typical, boring run. I have planned parties around their quiches, always receiving rave reviews from my guests. The staff at Paradox was all incredibly friendly, supportive, charming, and their prices are more than fair. Their... More
