Middle eastern Afghani restaurant on Main street of city Fairfax. They are offering traditional Afghani and middle eastern food. I tried the karahi and brown rice in the Lunch buffet with some friends. I especially liked their caramel iced coffee. Try it to treat your taste buds with Afghani cuisine. But don’t try the Baklava they said that they put... More

There is nothing wrong with average, I want to say. It's small place at the back of a strip mall. We get falafel and chicken kabob when we go; been here now four times I think? Chicken can be a bit dry as well as the falafel but on ths whole its fine. Their bread is decent. Rice is okay.... More

The food had good flavor but but they totally screwed up our delivery order and didn't advise us that they were out of certain items, such as Peppers on our Kabobs. It was just weird. Menu items weren't as described and were missing items in the description.

King kabob is one of my favorite Afghan restaurant. The food is always on point! I usually get the chicken kabob with rice and chic peas or spinach and its delicious! The chicken is tender and flavorful and the side dishes (rice, peas, spinach etc) are always good, not mention they give generous portions...The staff is great and friendly!!!

Fairfax County, Virginia has many fine kabob restaurants. This isn't one of them. I ordered the King Gyro. While the Afghan bread was decent, it was nowhere as good as at other Afghan Kabob shops. (Alexandria's West End Farmers' Market has fabulous Afghan Bread, btw). The meat had the texture of spam without the flavor. It came wrapped in a... More

I was disappointed with the quality of the food here. The food was bland from the kabob to the sides. The bread wasn't cooked properly either. Their prices are similar to other afghan places, but their quality was lacking. The kicker was that they also charge $1.50 for chutney (one package). It's like McDonalds charging for ketchup, first time I've... More

It was just alright. If you really want Kabob try going to Vienna and go to the Rose Kabob or go to any Moby Dicks. The food wasn't bad, but it also wasn't amazing or to die for.

For the past several months we have been getting Friday evening delivery from King Kabob. For approx $10 you get one of their specialty platters which includes good sized portion of kabob, rice, a side, a small salad, and naan. I get the ground beef kabob and my husband gets the chicken kabob. The food has been consistently very good... More

My family and I dined on a delivery order from King Kabob. As its name implies, King Kabob is a kabob place that offers halal meat. Although it is an Afghan restaurant, the restaurant’s menu sticks to well-known standards revealing that Afghan cooking draws from the great civilization to the south, India, and west, Turkey (as well as Persia). Certainly,... More
