Food is average but a cute enviroment. Definitely a college type atmosphere. It was raining so we were unable to sit outside.

We had dinner here early, after a late lunch, because we were going to a show at Longwood University. Really unusal cafe with interesting artifacts around--- looks like old railroad station waiting room benches as the seats for booths. My wife had the chicken salad on lettuce, and I had a bowl of chili. Both were just plain delicious, the... More

Visited with son and roommate at H-SC in Farmville. We stumbled upon Macado's, a crazy good, primarily sandwich establishment with Crazy Good and huge menu options. Has an outdoor patio, clean and spacious seating inside as well. Wish there was one in my home town! Don't pass up on this great restaurant with full service bar and excellent staff!

We come here at least once a month for lunch. ALWAYS great service and food! Always in and out quick which is important when we come for a business lunch.

We had no idea how busy the restaurants in Farmville are on a Saturday night. At 7:00 PM we arrived at a restaurant that said the wait was an hour. We decided to go elsewhere and did get to eat at Macado's with only a 30 minute wait. What appeared at first to be chaos was a well handled system... More

I have eaten at Macados several times. It is always good. Service is slacking sometimes but they are generally really busy when that happens. I would recommend you try it.

They offers a lot of variety sandwiches, entrees and desserts plus drinks. Very delish foods! They also have TVs and outdoor deck to enjoy summer outdoor eating.

The menu at Macado's offers an astounding variety of sandwiches, each on its own special type of bread. We started off with the Irish Nachos, created with a base of home-made potato chips and covered with chili, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and olives with sides of jalapeños, salsa, and onion dip. We finished up with Pendleton and a Macado sandwiches and... More

I generally like Macadoos so going is always enjoyable. But I was thoroughly impressed by the staff when we went. My son was with me and they were all very kind to him, giving him a balloon and talking to him as they walked past. The food was good but I was most impressed by the service. I will definitely...
