Local friendly little restaurant expensive and food not so great. I've eat here just a few times, busy for all local college kids.
Try to go before you're hungry, because you will be waiting forever. This is the worst of any Macado's I've ever been to. The management is so disorganized- never try to plan an event (i.e. a rehearsal dinner there).
We enjoyed our visit to Macado's in Emory, Virginia! Good food, good service, clean and lots of fun. Close proximity to Emory & Henry College-they even have a "flex plan" with the college.

There are so many great sandwiches to choose from, it just might worry you. But that's OK...they're all great. Good specials on "off-nights", too, especially Monday. Not a lot of indoor seating, if the college kids are there.
