The restaurant serves a range of dishes, but we tried the pinza - a variety of oblong pizza, but with a lovely light crust! One was definitely sufficient for two people, that's for sure! The service was good and quick, and efficient. The restaurant is light and modern and attractive, excellent for a evening meal, but not as great dining... More

Lovely food-octopus was extraordinary!, and everyone else's choices looked wonderful. Beer selection was great!-go with the tap options. Our daughter had the house wine, it too was very decent. Very good service. We turned up unannounced and got a good table. Our spoken Italian is horrible, the staff was more than kind. Def. recommend!

Not the best in the world all dishes we had were bland and need a little more love and attention. However we did not have the pizza and watching the pizza chef looked as he had a passion about his work

We settled on Guercio with some trepidation after wandering among the trulli of Alberobello, a very touristy place! Small, intimate and low-key, it felt like a gamble. But we could not have had a better meal! Our waiter was lovely and helpful, and my husband had a plate of raw fish that was extraordinary! I tried the pinsa-- a pizza,... More

I visited this restaurant with friends to try their pizzas, which is slightly different from other pizzas, infact is called ''Pinza'' and not pizza although they look similar. It is served on a long wooden board, and is made from a mixture of wheat flour, soya and farro a local cereal: it was great and the dove is lighter then... More

Delicious pizzas - the pizzas are served on long boards so you can share one between 2. Beautiful modern restaurant setting and friendly staff.

We stumbled across this restaurant up a small side street in Alberobello. The first time we tried to go, it was fully booked - we booked up for the 2nd and 3rd time! The food, and quality of the products is excellent. A pleasant take on the usual pizza covered in cheese - the pizzas here are light and full... More

Pearly the best pizza you'll ever eat too! We found this restaurant quite by accident when we discovered our intended destination clashed. Lucky us! We hadn't booked a table and but managed to secure the last available. People queuing behind us were not so fortunate. Booking is therefore highly recommended! I enjoyed almond coated gambas, my husband ordered pizza. Both... More

I ate here with my two teenage sons during our holiday to Alberobello. We really enjoyed the food - but everything is meant for sharing which we hadn't realised and the portions are HUGE! My sons enjoyed their pinsa - another kind of pizza! I ordered the raw fish platter which was delicious, especially the salmon and the tuna tartare,... More

Our hotel told us this was the best place to go for pizza. There were about 12 choices all in Italian but the waitress translated for us so we could make a choice. We were not disappointed with the pizza but shocked at the size however because it was delicious we didn't leave much uneaten. Wine/drink list okay with quite... More
