My twice yearly report. This place is still outstanding. The core, superb chef Sebastian, maitre d Patricia, head waitress Maria, are still wonderful. The new waiting staff adding their own charm. The menu is still inventive, the cooking superb, and a good white from Valladolid...More

I was looking for a romantic and special restaurant to celebrate our engagement. We had got engaged earlier that day and i wanted a restaurant booked well in advance to make sure the evening was special. I emailed the restaurant (on numerous occasions!) wanting to...More

I agree, it’s a hidden gem. The food was outstanding and the service spot on. We shared the swordfish carpaccio which was so flavorful and thinly sliced it melts in your mouth. I would never think to do swordfish as a carpaccio but it works...More

We were initially just looking for a late night dessert after many places in Deia were closed ... we were so impressed with the menu options that my husband and I both ordered starters and my daughter and her boyfriend ordered not one but two...More

Extremely pricey for the quality of the food. Also the restaurant gouges patrons on items. Bread is $2.50 p/p, but is not explained or mentioned on the menu. Seven Euros for a bottle of still water? Most entrees are $28 euros and are exceedingly small...More

Friendly staff; amazing, exquisite food. Best meal of our holiday- Lobster ravioli, followed by a rack of lamb and then marscapone cheesecake was a winning combination. Only negative was having to go home and not being able to eat here until I come back next...More

When we found Sebastian we found a rare and beautiful little gem. It nestles beautifully in the hillside of Deià and when you know it’s there your eyes seek it out in anticipation. We had to wait three nights before our booking and every night,...More

We made a reservation for this restaurant before we left the UK and we are so glad we did. The restaurant was full but the service and attention to detail was second to none. Drink on arrival, left to peruse the menus for 5-10 minutes...More

La Residencia is now owned by Belmond. Still good. Sebastian is a restaurant in Deia village. Fantastic restaurant best in Deia by far.
