Ca'n Mariós "Arroz Brut" is one of Spain's top dishes. Its a rice dish in soup. It's a masterpiece. I've even travelled to Majorca just for this dish. A friend of mine travelled to Valldemossa and I suggested to him to visit this beautiful restaurant. He accepted although he felt I was exaggerating. He gladly phoned me from the restaurant... More

The restaurant was recommended by a friend so visiting it was the first thing to do when arriving at Valldemossa. However, the restaurant was open only for limited hours so we had to return later in the afternoon and at that moment we were very hungry. Although the restaurant was almost fully booked already, we were welcome by a friendly... More

We were lucky to be told about this restaurant by a local who said that all the locals go here and it is worth a visit. The portions are huge and we are glad that we shared a starter. The green fried peppers were delicious. We ordered Tuna for main and Chicken with dried fruits. It was very tasty and... More

The restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel. Do not be put off by the old-fashioned hallway (or the intense strawberry air-freshener!). Upstairs you will find a bright, high-ceilinged dining room; you pass the kitchen on the way in so you can see how neat it is. Excellent food; perhaps one might term it "cuisine lourde", as it... When they bring the actual fish to the table before they cook it, you know you are onto a winner and that the chef cares. The sea bream was excellent; the shoulder of lamb was falling from the bone; the service was attentive and friendly despite the restaurant being full. Our wine by the glass was generous in size and... More

We ordered a seafood soup (sopa de mariscos) which was really good as they didn't offer paella that night. It had crab legs, mussels, prawns and calamares. Also, the lamb shoulder was nicely cooked and tasted well. Worth a visit! However, prices are not that cheap and the price for olives and bread is calculated by the number of people.... More
