Beautiful nepalese and gurka resturant serving genuinely delicious food to suit all palletes and dietary requirements. Harry and his team are super welcoming, friendly and efficient making this a true gem.

My starter of vegetable samosa was covered with a very spicy hot sauce and chickpeas, not what I expected. Unfortunately I was unable to eat it as it was far too hot for me. I usually have vegetable biryani when I eat out, and as...this was the only vegetable dish on the menu I settled for biryani but this was also far too hot for me. I asked if I could have a less spicy hot biryani but was told that's how it comes in? My husbands meal was also too spicy for him. I have never had this problem in any other local establishment who are a bit more obliging with the amount of heat they put in their dishes, so for this reason we won't be returning.More

Second visit to Gurka's Dine and another faultless visit. Staff are lovely and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to Harry who made selecting new dishes very easy for all of us. First visit last night, wonderful evening. The staff were welcoming friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the food was fabulous, never having eaten Nepalese before the guidance and information from our waitress and Harry was invaluable. Third visit to Gurkhas Dine and each time has been brilliant. Staff are lovely, food is excellent, with staff asking how mild to hot you prefer your dish so it can be made to taste. You can take your own booze or buy there which...is really good if you are prepared but equally if you are going on spec. Blue light discount to boot! A bit of a drive for us, which is usually a no go as we like to walk so whole party can have a drink, however it is definitely becoming my go to restaurant of choice! Love the steamed momos and the royal tawa I had last time I was there was delicious!More

The service to start with was very nice and warm, the food is just marvelous. Usually, I get stomach problems from the heavy spices of Indian food, however, the spices were just perfect.

The staff here are very helpful and accommodating. The decor is lovely and most importantly the food is delicious and plentiful. Will definetly be returning

Unreal food! Not a massive fan of a curry when it’s a takeaway but this came and it was hot, fresh and tasted amazing! Would defo recommend and I will be ordering again very soon! Best takeaway/ Indian in Cannock!
