A typical English pub in the countryside. The beer was good, had cask ales, as well as lager. The only downside was the cost of the wife's white wine, was over 5 pounds a glass. The food was your usual fare.More

I visited for lunch and had the steak sandwich and it was lovely. The owners are really friendly and I’ll definitely be back.

We visited this lovely pub after a walk around the area. The owner kindly let us park there while we’re having a walk. After about 6miles walk and exhausted we came back for cold drink and food. I have to say that we’re very inpressed...More

Stopped here on the way to Ewood Park and were delighted with our choice. Food was really tasty, all homemade,piping hot, lots of choice and good prices too. Staff were really friendly and we didn’t even have to go to the bar to be served....More
