Have been here a fair few times before and enjoyed it very much, so bought a £75 gift voucher for my parents for Christmas. Yesterday, I found out that it had closed. I am now seeking a refund, should the owner respond.

Restaurant had closed 4 days before we got there. Had accepted booking and money but made no attempt to let us know. Took over an hour to get there. Very disappointed. Hope no one else is caught like this.More

Out for a walk and dropped in for lunch. Very good and reasonably priced mussels and fish & chips. Beer's good too - in this case Mr Chubbs from West Berks Brewery.
