I have always been hesitant trying our a Thai food experience - but can confirm, the quality of food at this restaurant is great! Very nice serving, kind servers with well decorated and presented food. There is a good selection of drinks available. Large groups can book also. For disabled people it is seems hard to get in on a wheelchair. Toilets are fair and clean. There is inside and outside area also, ideal for both winter or summer. Prices are I would say fairly high (paid 95 pounds for 3 people) but you get quality for it. The only negative to mention is that the currys are coming without rice, and you will have to chose a rice and pay it as a separate thing - it would be better to have at least plain rice included. Apart from that, I can recommend this place to everyone!

I have always had a nice time and the food has always been good. The last time we went we were poked in another room on our own no atmosphere, The service was slow and we were charged for a bottle of wine we never had. I wont be going there again.

Eaten here a lot and generally enjoy my meal. Popped in after cinema for a meal. This time the rib starters tasted very salty and the egg fried rice a little on the dry side. Especially enjoyed the prawn yellow curry as it's a dish I love but haven't had for a long while. Service was slightly off this time as well, man seating us seemed rather abrupt.

When we first walked in it looked okay, at best. But it all went down from there. The food is very overpriced, some waiters were not helpful, and couldn't understand what questions we were asking. I did not enjoy my meal. I felt as if me and my family had been ripped off. I do not recommend. 2 bottles of water cost £7.90 the food portions were very small.

Poor Customer Service
I was shocked and other customers around were shocked to the point one couple started apologising on behalf of the waiter who shouted at me for just reminding them of the chilli oil I ordered. I was actually a little scared and wanted to just walk out of the restaurant, not eating the food I ordered. The couple next to me said this particular waiter has been like that all afternoon.
Good is splendid and I’ve visited this restaurant a few times and the customer services has always been terrible but this time, it as really bad and I am never returning to this restaurant. I know it means nothing to them because they are very busy restaurant and wouldn’t lose anything if just me- a one customer stops going there. I just feel this wrong and customers should not be treated as though they are asking for favours. I am still shocked at their poor customer service and hope they train their waiters. Because there are people who would creat scenes when treated this way. It doesn’t look good for this beautiful restaurant.

Please DO NOT order for delivery. We spent £140 starters, mains. Dined in MANY times. Tried to explain concern regarding the food, especially mains. SWEET, is not an over exaggeration. It’s like eating a dessert. What should be balance of sweet, salty, spicy was just sweet, even leaving my hands feeling sticky at the end of it. The staff were informed for some customer feedback and a lady put us through to the manager, and after airing my concern I got told ( after the manager spoke to the women) so about what you saying blah blah blah and whatever ... I had to stop him there. No way to talk to a customer, loyal or first time customer. Utter rudeness. No apologises and just excuses. I’m no expert any never usually experienced this from the restaurant. I’ve recommended this place to so many people who have loved it. Perhaps it’s just the takeaway!!!! Save you pounds and wait till it reopens. I certainly won’t be a returning customer!

We arrived to be reseated 3 times.
Three off the party wanted hot pot and myself wanted something from the menu. This seemed to take ages to sort as everyone was scared that me not paying for the hot pot but buying something else instead meant that I was going to sit there and try eat the other three people's noodles.
Mum ordered hot pot and the two year 4 girls had hot pot too. They clearly didn't like it so we didn't order anything else (remember it's all you can eat)
They arrived with the bill and it was £90, £90!!!!
They had charged the girls adult prices and when I asked why I was told that they were on the 120cm line apparently.
I did kindly ask why they would charge ad adults when clear as day we haven't asked for extra anything and next to nothing was eaten.
The food was nice I won't pretend it wasn't but my portions were so small I didn't feel I'd eaten £21 worth of curry and rice and chips.
I understand tines are hard for companies but this blatant money pinching left a very sour taste in our mouths and for that reason we won't be going back.
£90 on food was just criminal for what we got.

We have been visiting the restaurant for years and are frequent customers. Today at lunch time we experienced really bad customer service from the waiter who took our order and the one who served us the food. From recent reviews it seems like the restaurant staff (the few) are ruining the reputation of the restaurant. I agree with the past reviews, never again will we and anyone we know will visit the restaurant.

The place is nice and make a booking as it’s quite small and fills up fast. It’s run by Thai people so you would think the food would be authentic? Think again. I’ve lived in Thailand for quite a few years and I requested to the waitress that I wanted Thai level spicy at least a few times and even in Thai language. The starters arrived which were all to our liking, it took ages for the mains to arrive which were so disappointing and bland in taste. Absolutely no chillies, Thai food has to have a kick otherwise it’s just not nice. Won’t be returning here.

I called to book for a party of 9 people and was given the condition that it has to be after 8.30 pm and we will have to order from a set menu. Who wants to eat dinner that late and forced to order food you don’t want. It’s ridiculous. I am frankly disappointed as I have been there before with a large party a few years back and these conditions did not exist. I used to recommend the restaurant but not anymore. They got too big for their boots and judging by the service reviews here, I will suggest no one bothers.

Have not been here in a few years but before the food was amazing! On this recent visit we couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food was nearly inedible. The service was good but the standard for the food has dropped massively. The mixed platter was awful, the meat quality was poor and the food was tasteless. It is quite a lot of money when you have to leave the majority of your food.

I called in here last week whilst staying nearby. Lovely restaurant decorated in an original Thai theme. Food was very good quality, the pad ka prow was tasty but lacked the real spice of an authentic Thai dish. Staff were great and prices very reasonable. Will definitely try again when back in the area.

Absolutely terrible.
Food was as if microwaved. Flavour also dreadful.
It’s obvious that the punters who have reviewed this place as ‘good’ have no idea what authentic Thai cuisine is meant to be.
I’ll never return and I suggest you don’t either.

Love this restaurant! Been here a number of times and the food and service has never failed me ! I’ve been here with my large family of ten on a busy night but received excellent service and great tasting food. The starters of grilled prawns are to die for and the pork ribs potion is large and great tasting. The Thai lamb ribs so juicy. All potions are a good for the mains. Try the green Thai pancake it’s so yummy! Please try the place if you enjoy authentic Thai food.

Fish Balls and Fish Cake starters were very strange rubbery textured affairs that seemed to contain little fish but tasted almost artificially fishy.
The curries were very nice though - we had chicken and prawn Thai curries that were super tasty, if less than generous in prawn content (7).
Nice atmosphere and setting, and food was nicely presented, but given we had 3 starters, 3 curries, 1 overcooked chips, 2 rice, 1 glass of house white and 2 Rubicons (so not actual juice), almost £100 was too large a bill.
Finally, one of the waiters sneezed - and could have managed it better.
