We all thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas party. Food selected from the special Christmas Dining menu. The Christmas Dinner was excellent - as were the starters and puddings - well done chef!!. Great selection of wines. Service and ALL staff were attentive and "on the ball"...More

Stopped here after doing another leg of the Capital Ring walk. Lovely location by the canal, lots of outside tables and a pleasant dining area indoors. Beer selection was ok, but what really impressed was the roast lamb I had for lunch. Always a bit...More

Food was awful. Half of the orders didn't arrive because they 'couldn't find' the ingredients. Worst nachos ever - no cheese or jalapenos. Raised it with the server who was very nice but the chef told him that's the usual amount. Awful. The waitress was...More

It's a lovely extremely friendly pub with great music nights. Great food, great atmosphere really looking forward to seeing The Trojan Beats again there.

Had a very pleasant lunch at the Black Horse. Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean pub and good pub food. Nothing fancy but good value, well cooked and presented. Good sized garden on the canal.
