Absolutely quality meal and experience. Went with my mrs, we have been unable to find a decent Indian restaurant in St Albans where we live, so drove down. It was completely worth it. Amazing food - I had the lamb rara, chana masala, paratha, garlic naan and chilli paneer (and chips and rice!) and the mrs had butter paneer. Not only the food but the staff were incredible, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I also noticed that they knew the names of several people coming to get food as a takeaway, shows that people come back when the quality is good. We will definitely be back.

We ordered the food from this place for my son's first birthday for about 25 people. The food was delivered in a box that could keep the food warm. We served the food around an hour after delivery the food was still hot and fresh in the month of February. Everyone loved the food. Tasty, not very spicy or oily. The quantity was generous. I know where i will be ordering food for my next party!

We get food from Shobha's on at least a weekly or bi weekly basis on most occasions. Our family is from India and we cook traditional Indian food at home on a day to day basis, but despite this, this little gem of a restaurant in Harrow cooks traditional Indian dishes in an authentic manner which we gorge on regularly.
The food has always been on the highest quality, of superb value and of the highest quality. We have been regular customers of Shobha's since their inception and despite having tried the competition in the vicinty, no one even comes close. Do try their Tandoor dishes, Dahi Papdi chaat, Fish and lamb curries. Methi chicken is our family favourite. If you want your dishes cooked a particular way, call the restaurant if ordering for delivery or speak to the member of staff at ordering.
Cant recommend this place enough!
The best takeaway Indian restaurant in London! A huge claim, but thoroughly deserving!! Cheers guys.

Excellent experience at Shobha’s Rasoi the other day. We were 12 of us with kids and Shobha’s staff took excellent care of everything, starting from drinks to food. The Mughlai menu options are great, especially the lamb chops and the grilled menu options. Mains were also excellent both for veggie and non vegetarian people. The icing on the cake was the paan kulfi that was amazing. I haven’t had anything similar elsewhere. Will recommend it to everyone for a relaxed evening with good food that is served by the most hospitable staff.

We were so pleased to have found this excellent local Indian restaurant. We've lived in this area for many years and had lots of great Indian places to eat, however just lately most have sadly deteriorated. So after searching and listening to reviews we found Shobhas.
Last evening was our first time and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted and loved the modern design and atmosphere. Needless to say the service was first class. As for the food; it was delicious, hot, fresh and full of flavour. For starters we shared dahi papdi chat and samosas then for mains chicken dhansak and a tandoori chicken with a Dahl and aloo gobi with breads. Our only negative was my tandoori chicken was too salty, which they offered to replace.
I had an excellent pinot gris, my husband had a long cold beer.
So it's highly recommended and we will most definitely be going back. They also do free local delivery which will be useful

Been coming here for years, with my most recent visit being 2 days ago with friends. Sagar and his team have always been extremely welcoming and accommodating of any requests. Whether I'm ordering a collection or eating in, the team make sure I feel valued.
Food quality is exceptional, everything is authentic Indian and you will struggle to find a bad dish on the menu. If you like your food spicy, ask for it to be made phal hot, they don't mess around!
I'll likely continue eating from Shobha's Rasoi for years to come, thanks again to all the staff for making each visit truly memorable.

Never tried this place, I have to say very Nice tasty hot food. Ordered a mix of veg and non veg starters, having eaten at and ordered takeaways from the usual Indian clubs - this beats most hands down for price, freshness and taste. Will definitely order again and maybe visit when allowed
Missed out my garlic naan but sorted it out very quickly

We visited this Restaurant several times in past and always enjoyed the meals and atmosphere.
Our recent visit was bit let down.
Food was not as before and lack taste.
Ambiance on Thursday night was okay.
Our vegetarians dishes were let down, either very salty or not up to standard.
Some dishes were not there or not available.
Price wise still value for
Money.
Management please bring back your usual standard and taste.

Food here is great - not overly greasy, well presented even in a takeaway and very generous with ingredients unlike some other places that bulk up dishes with peppers and onions. We usually get our curries medium-hot or hot and can tolerate well but the mild-medium is more than enough for us so do beware when ordering from here as we have ordered twice and both times found their level of spice to be far more generous than expected. Everything tasted so good, the butter chicken was not dry at all (which it usually is) and the fish masala was so creamy and the fish was cooked just right. Complimentary handful of poppadum enough for 3 people with our order (~£45) but they don't give yoghurt dip/chutney or salad as some places do. Totally worth spending money to eat here though, I have tried so many Indian restaurants/takeaways and I seriously was not disappointed here!

Wow! I’m very pleased with the food and overall experience.
I ordered for delivery given the current lockdown situation and must say I am rather delighted with my decision to order from Shobha’s Rasoi.
Sagar took my order over the phone and was patient, courteous and very helpful in assisting me choose dishes that met my preferences.
The food is absolutely spot on! The Malai Kofta, Mixed vegetable curry, tarka daal and Karahi chicken more than exceeded our expectations!
Thanks very much for the great service, prompt delivery and amazing food! Well done!

Tried this restaurant during the “eat out to help out” period. Customer service is amazing and the food is great too. Since I am a vegan the waiter who served me was very helpful to check with chef as to what I can have and what I can’t. Masala poppadum are really tasty but spicey so bear that in mind when ordering.
Will definitely be back!

It was an unplanned dinner. We simply ordered our mains. The naan bread was really good. The methi paneer was delicious and something different. The quantity was satisfactory. Service was quick, however this is a weekday experience.
Another positive aspect is that they do not add any service charge to bill, which in most of the places is 12.5% ( although it is stated discretionary but it is embarrassing to not pay; 12.5% is too high for me)

I regularly dine in and order a delivery from Shobhas and I must say it is delicious. The food is very tasty and the staff are lovely. The chef caters to all dietary requirements and frequently comes out to visit the customers to ensure they are happy and satisfied. Great restaurant and I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been this restaurant recently with my family and kids. Family friendly service feeling like home. Amazing food served with varied choices. Staff and chef are very helpful if you have any specific demands. We need to speak if you have any specific questions regarding food allergies or dietary requirements. Chef always visit customers whenever he gets time to ask about taste of foods and special demand.
