A lovely place to enjoy a variety of food and shisha flavours. Definitely the best lounge in the area with very reasonable prices and the quality maintaining a high standard. The customer service was really good with the staff being friendly and helpful through our...stay. They definitely know how to keep their lounge warm as well in this cold! Overall a very cosy spot to enjoy your night. Would definitely recommend a visit here!More

Shisha was average, ambience and service was terrible. You get far better shisha, service and a good place to chill in the lounges in the West of London, or even Birmingham.

Recently had a chance to try out the new food menu and it was epic! They have really put maximum effort in their new menu. I tried the beef burger meal and it was flawless . The shisha here has always been on point here...so overall 10/10More

Was looking to trying Aladins for my first Shisha experience and to celebrate my sister birthday. Was asked to pay upfront before anything came to the table. The Shisha was... ok. We ordered smoothhe's as our drinks - they are not fresh, just crushed iced...with very sweet flavoured syrup. They were not very nice and - Do not have the passion fruit it's disgusting (tastes like onions) and when we asked for either a replacement or money back they refused both options and said they do not do refunds - so much for making the customer happy. One of the glasses was leaking and although they changed that one they made it clear that they did not have to. I was not impressed with the customer service or lack thereof. Our tv screen was not working either. Need-less-to-say I and the others members of my party will not be coming here again and I will not be recommending Aladins to anyone. I feel so strong about this place I had to write this review whilst still in here!!!!!!!More

I am an avid shisha smoker, so feel I can suss a "good" shisha, Tried this place for the first time last night, and the shisha was not up to scratch, very weak, and I was there for 1.5 hours and not once was my...coal changed! Never even saw anyone walking around with the coal!..and I don't feel that this should be asked for! It wasn't even busy, there was only about 7 people there...the tea was nice though, but had to ask for a spoon, waited for about 6 mins and when I went up to get a spoon, was told to wait and one would be brought over... Paid £25 for the shisha def not worth it, won't be returning I don't think. But it's a nice space, clean, shame about the quality of the shisha, maybe it was one off and I just got a badly made shisha...who knows, but I won't be returning.More

Nice place. We’ll set out. Came here to watch football and wasn’t disappointed. Gutted with the shisha they had thin pipes which aren’t the best quality so that’s the only thing that let it down.

I visited this lounge on a recommendation. It was my first time of having shisha and I must say I would surely want to do it again. It was amazing, maybe because I choose Aladdins for my first trial. The lounge has the most relaxed...ambience and chilled out atmosphere. The food is mouthwatering and the staff is good. I am not saying it's the best in town since I am just a beginner here but it certainly has a good vibe. I am looking forward to visiting it again.More

Such a chilled out venue, tried the apple mint & grape mint flavour so smooth really nice flavours could really taste it & the pina colada mocktail is the best one iv ever had love it! Definitely making this our chill spot. Good vibes

Loved our amazing shisha the flavours was frozen blackcurrant and strawberry Laces! Friendly staff always willing to cater for our group. Have now been a regular customer for a month and wouldn’t recommend anywhere better in London! A true shisha experience.

A great place to visit with your friends or family with a home like atmosphere which allows you to have your own space and privacy. The staff are very friendly and offer a great service which makes you feel like you’ve known them for years.
