Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have going to this establishment for many months . You cannot beat their Moratti bear . Cold and so tasteful . Their pizza is out of the world . Home baked and in their oven . Their Goats cheese salad is my favourite ....The owner and his wife are so welcoming and nice . I strongly recommend this establishment .More

Ordered food to be delivered . Online payment system not working . When the driver finally arrived he demanded different amount to what the order came to , and surprisingly didn't have any change . I usually tip drivers , but not when I'm being...shafted . Will not use againMore

Don't usually look at Trip Advisor when at home, but having returned from holiday today, where we had used it regularly, looked and found great reviews for this small local italian we had walked past so many times. I'd had a hankering for garlic bread...so we ordered one with cheese and my partner made the mistake of deciding he wanted one too, thinking it would be a couple of little slices. Ordered 2nd without cheese and when they arrived, very freshly made, they were 10 inches each. We shared these, Both were delicious, stone baked, thin crust bases. By the time we had eaten them, minus the crusts on my part, leaving room for pizzas, we were both pretty full. Then came the pizzas... wow. Thankfully we chose the smaller 10 inch each, I had the carne, bbq base, again freshly made stone baked pizzas, only managed half and took the other half home for tomorrow. Best pizza we'd both ever had. My partner had the meat feast which looked equally amazing, fresh and great flavours. The restaurant is small and had several tables full of what I think were Italians, always a good sign if the locals of the cuisine eat there. Staff were very friendly and efficient. We don't usually eat pizza as we follow a low carb keto diet, but having just come back from holiday where its difficult to follow such a diet, decided to have one last night before we get back on track. Amazing food, very reasonable prices, very generous portions. Great, friendly staff. We will be back for the occasional non keto treat. Hidden gem we had overlooked, being local, for far too long. Cannot recommend enough.More

Lovely Pizza and pasta. Traditional type thin crust pizzas. Good size and nice ingredients. Garlic bread with cheese was really good. Calzone was really big and tasty. So much better than the chain pizza restaurants. We ate in and it is more like a cafe...than a restaurant but staff were really good, service was perfect and you can get a nice beer also. Bill for 5 was £75 for five main courses, drinks, garlic bread and a salad, which I felt was good value for what we had. Will definitely visit againMore

I was in Romford with work and went looking for something to eat without looking at any reviews Walking past I wasn't sure if this was more of a takeaway but decided to go for it and I'm glad I did - I had a...seafood pizza that was simply delicious. This place may not be posh looking but they know how to make good food. To me that's a good thing I was made very welcome with the staff moving tables around so that I was comfortable in a corner (where I would choose to be) rather than on the edge with people walking past all the time. A little girl at the next table was offered the opportunity to make her own pizza which she did with a lot of enthusiasm and pride - a proper family restaurant offering great food - I wish I lived closerMore

Pizza Italiana no complain this is the title of my review because with this review i would like to get to the attention of whom complained that me an Italian eating pizza in an Italian pizza Shop but not Italian.....well...... thats is wrong. Am Italian...my self and i can only say that Italians when becomes on food they are or (we are) very fussy somethimes and all of us become a proper chef judging the italian restaurants/pizzeria in a wrong way. Iam a Chef my self and in all my long carrear i saw and heard allot so I just would like to suggest this pizzeria because is using all the proper original product to delivery as much as great food possible, brand as Caputo Flower, De cecco or Rummo pasta and much much more, we dont have to forget that we are abroad away from home and the tatse is different but this doesnt means that all the food is bad, I know that all the italian dishes are manipulated for the English taste (on this case) but if you dont agree you can always make your own menu on the dish you like and make it proper, what i mean is that for instance we all know that in the majority of pizzeria they use dry mozzarella and bbq sause or pineapple and sweetcorns that make our faces and words going judgmental but in Romford where there are no PROPER ITALIAN RESTAURANTS PIZZERIA i find Pizzeria Di Napoli great place where makes you feel like home for the kindness and family hospitality they provide along with all original and proper products to make a great fresh pizza where along with the owner Mr Alessandro we decided they i could have my own puzza choosing anything i wanted to make me feel back home in Napoli, well very easy, i created my own pizza and when i like i order it on random enjoing it allot just avoiding dry mozzarella and all the ingridients that makes you say stupid things, just putting fresh burrata or buffalo mozzarella, nduja or fresh italian salsiccia finocchieto e vino rosso come al taleggio or stracchino making your own pizza based on which part of Italy you come from. I know i have been too long but my point is that NOT ONLY ITALIANS OR NAPOLETANI like my self CAN MAKE GOOD FOOD OR PIZZA BEERS AND WINES, NOT ONLY NAPOLETANIAN ARE PIZZA CHEFS (like in this case the pizza Chef is Brgamasco and professionally makes better pizza the napoletano)NOT ONLY ITALIANS USING FRESH INGREDIENTS AND DEFINITELY NOT ONLY IN ITALIAN RESTAURANTS YOU EAT FREH PROPER AND CHEAP. ALBANIA has been always close to italy like greece, we mediterranean we have the same culture we are all the same....stop be offensive. If you fancy just give a go to Di Napoli and you will see. Grazie Ciao e Buon Appetito da Alessandro Di NapoliMore

Not even closer to have the word “Napoli” in the name. Whoever reviewed more than 1 star doesn’t know what a pizza is. This pizzeria doesn’t have any idea of how to make pizza, when to put an ingredient and how to do the base....Worst pizza ever tried in London - when I say worst, I mean worst between Italian pizzerias.More

Pizza is great and customer service too. The only upsetting part is that, they had given me burnt pizza and tried to rectify themselves that it was "well done" after sending photos in, however they quickly replaced it. The Lasagne is not nice at all....A little bit more effort with food options/pasta would be brilliant. I didn't like the fact having to explain myself over the phone and the reply was not nice. But I understand? That this can happen when it's busy? But still shouldn't send out burnt pizza and if so, don't argue and apologise and replace.... Otherwise pizza is great. It only happened once, but other wise great!.More
