Great that Martin has been able to reopen the kitchen after staff holidays. A few new items on the menu too including a delicious Moroccan chicken casserole. As always, great food, good beer and a warm welcome. Thanks to Martin and his team.

Many thanks for your kind words, again, Linda. We really do appreciate it. Great to see the 3 of you again on Sunday (if a slightly tardy Dave!!) and look forward to seeing you all again soon! Martin
Great food really good service, dog friendly. And a nice atmosphere.would recommend to family and friends .The food was different from most pubs.
Many thanks for your kind words Ken, we really appreciate you taking the time to rate us and hope to see you again soon.
Just had lunch and all I can say is I’ve just eaten possibly the best burger I have ever eaten. Delicious. Lovely lunch, lovely pub and friendly staff. With added sunshine in the garden. Perfect.
Many thanks for your kind words! It's even better when the sunshine and garden are yours!!
This looked like a nice traditional Surrey pub from the outside and the beer garden looked very pretty with easy access from the carpark. The other customers there were very pleasant, warm and talkative. So, that is the good part out of the way. Not...so good was the bar experience. Firstly, to get the bar maids attention to actually "serve" was a slog and she looked most put out that she had end a conversation and do some work. Strange that. The amount for two drinks was £7.20 and I offered a credit card to pay. She said the minimum amount with a cc is £10.00. I paid in cash and enjoyed our drinks outside. So, on the face of it a nice pub but human interaction was awful.More
Sorry you didn't enjoy your time with us, Nick. I'd be interested to know exactly what went wrong, when you came in etc so that I can talk to the staff involved. If you feel like doing this, email me, please, at info@thegaribaldiknaphill.co.uk.
This is what a pub should be! Lovely food (Sunday roast is a proper delicious pub roast 10/10) Friendly staff, sociable customers and unbelievable value for money. Oh and dog friendly too. Definitely worth a visit!
Many thanks for your kind words, Mark! We're glad that you enjoyed your visit with us and, hopefully, look forward to seeing you again soon!
Just very disappointed that the pub were charging 50p to use a debit card in a sale under £10. I am not the law but as far as I am aware, I thought that this was not allowed on debit cards anymore. A friend of...mine owns 2 pubs and pays 0.3p per transaction, so 50p is extortionate. Who is pocketing that additional money??? Definitely won't be going backMore
Firstly, I won't go into the costing of it all here but no, it is not illegal, as the signs around the bar give you fair warning. I would love to know who your friends supplier is! We don't accept payments under £10 on cards...More
Twice in recent weeks I have visited the Garibaldi for Sunday lunch and on both occasions the quality of the food and presentation were first class. Everyone praises the landlord but I want to give a shoutout to the chef, first class.
Many thanks for your kind words, Mr S! Much appreciated. I would pass this on to Iwona but I know she'll read it anyway!
Excellent Sunday Lunch - friendly staff - food 2nd to none!! - prices are unbelieveable value - how did we pass by this gem for years - we will be back .....dog friendly

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The beer is well kept and the food is exceptional. The pub is very dog friendly. It is just a wonderful place to go for a drink and/or a meal.
Daryl, Many many thanks for your very kind words, we really do appreciate them and it's comments like this that help keep our standards up! We look forward to seeing you soon! Kindest regards
Great service by Emily, she poured me a good pint and also had great conversation. It’s always nice going to a local pub and talking to someone. I will make sure to come back due to her and her team! Well done!
Many thanks for your kind review and that Emily looked after you so well and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Had a lovely time at the Gari this evening with great food and exceptional service from Ray, Emily and Jack. Thank you!
Great to see that you enjoyed yourself Daisy and that Ray, Emily and Jack looked after you so well. Many thanks for your kind review.
Not sure why but we hadn't been to the Garibaldi for a number of years. That is until today. We were looking for somewhere that still serves "proper" Sunday roasts, and we have now found the place
Daryl, So glad you enjoyed your Sunday Roasts with us and many thanks for your kind words! Hopefully you won't leave it a 'number of years' before your next! We look forward to seeing you again soon!
For Sunday lunch (8-Oct), we wanted to try somewhere new for a meal out and booked last minute and were lucky. This place is a little hidden gem. This pub serves amazing food - tasty, decent sized portions. Their Garibaldi Burger is "to die for"....We also enjoyed the shredded pork burger. and Sunday Roast. Too notch!. The staff were just so friendly from the barman to the two waitresses who serves us our food and checked back twice that everything was as we wanted. With COVID measures (marquee) wiping out half the parking spaces on site, you may have to park in a local road but worth the effort.More
Kingfiz, Many thanks for your kind words and we're extremely glad that you enjoyed your time and meals with us. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
