Was told the 7th Ave wok Prawns special was so big I woudn't eat it all. So that's what I ordered. And it was large BUT full of mostly egg noodles and only 5 small prawns and a few veg. For $25.00 it worked out...to $5.00 a prawn and they were from frozen prawns. Not very impressed and wont go back. If you go don't get this specialMore

Very disappointing, I had Uber Eats deliver our food today (Australia Day), the restaurant always packs the food and it was a complete mess when we received it. Called the restaurant and the manager blamed the Uber driver for the fault when clearly the restaurant...had packed the bag. When the Uber driver delivered our order, he had it in a separate bag with nothing sitting on top of it, and he was very organised with how he had other orders placed in his vehicle. Not taking responsibility and passing the blame onto the poor Uber driver is disgusting behaviour. How un-Australian. Oh and now I have to go into the restaurant just so I can get a refund, no real customer service quality here. Apart from that our Garlic and Chilli Spaghetti was way too overpowered with Chilli, I've had this before and today it seemed like the Chilli jar had all its contents dropped into the meal. Australia Day ruined with this ridiculous situation. A big fat 0 out 10.More

Beer was cold, great, price was good, great, music was dreadful, late afternoon, not many people there, early yet, music suited to 15-30 year olds, there were none, most people were late 40's mid 50's, so some more mellow music maybe is needed, please play...to your audience not the staff.More

Service was just okay since it was quite busy. Went for a family lunch, seven of us. The food was good but once again the chips were basic. They used to serve beautiful tasty pub chips but are still serving the same bland and tasteless...chips as they did last year. I'm guessing they don't read these reviews as they really need to bring back the seasoned ones they used to serve. We ordered a drink pre-meal but nobody came back once the mains were delivered, another drink would have been nice.More

On the 21/07/2021 wee had dinner there. I left a glowing review of the food and staff who served us Stephen. He was a great customer service professional. I left a review on the restaurants website FB, messenger, snd other review sites. Not one response...came back to me. The latest review on their FB was removed. I find this strange. To think your front line staff worked so hard to give your customers a good experience, and here the owners cut them down by not allowing the feedback to go through and reward them. Ghastly. I gave a poor review here based on the owners attitudes, but the staff was 5 stars and food was good.More

Since moving to this locality the 7th Ave bar/restaurant has become a firm favourite of ours for a guaranteed good meal. The restaurant is nicely set out and all of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The food serves are generous and tasty!

My teenage son took me out to dinner as he was craving steak. He ordered the 300g steak medium rare with a mushroom sauce and I got the salmon. My salmon, mashed spud, broccolini with Hollondaise sauce was fantastic. Perhaps minimally overlooked but nothing to...really complain about. My sons medium rare steak came out well done. Like way over cooked. The sauce tasted like something out of a tin and was all gelatinous and disgusting. Certainly nothing to write home about and not recommended to order. I’ve had that sauce before on a schnitzel there but had forgotten how gross it was. So that wasn’t a once off. We mentioned this at the till and his bill was reduced by 20% but even my teenage son Was surprised it wasn’t a better result than that. Disappointing seeing as we are locals.More

Fabulous service by a fantastic team of staff. Super friendly, and looked after us. Definitely recommend 7th Avenue. Food & bar service was outstanding and the great variety of food on the menu was absolutely awesome. Our meals were served super quick even though they...were busy and absolutely delicious!More

We eat there at various times and always enjoy our meal. The service can be a tad slow, but when they are busy it's understandable. If we have a large group, then we go there. We have never been disappointed with our meal. Well Done.

We stopped by this pub for a drink and decided to stay for lunch. The staff were very friendly and attentive - and there was a wide range of beers on tap, with my favourite: Ginger Beer. The menu was extensive, with so many choices...that we’ll have to go back a few times to try all the things we like. The food was excellent - very well presented and full of flavour. It was a busy lunchtime, but the food was being served quickly and everyone was happy. This is a great pub!More
