Good hamburger, not great, but good. Very little parking area. Waffle fries good, onion rings "awful" greasy and soggy.

Was recommended to Burger in the Square and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal there. The Cheeseburger and waffle fries were cooked to perfection and the portion size was good for the price. Would most certainly eat here again.

As newcomers to Roanoke, we had heard a number of good reports about their burgers. So I was eager to try them, and they are on a frequently traveled road for us. I stopped in for a burger at lunch. The meat was nice, and all the sides; but the bun was just not up to standards. It was like... More

Basic burger joint. Tends to overlook the meat; be sure to oder medium rare, much better. Great fries. Nonexistent service.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. If you want, great food at a great place this iss the place to go. It is the best burger and onion rings in my opinion. Once you order you can watch them cook and you know its fresh.

The decor leaves a great deal to be desired in this popular hamburger joint. It's a mish mash of fake antiques and outdated readers choice award certificates. Overlook this, please. The pulled pork sandwich with slaw on a Kaiser roll was divine. I had a taste of my husband's hamburger which left me drooling. The fries were lackluster.

So glad this place made it out of the building downtown! The location is so much better ! Burgers are great and the dogs are better!! Large portions for what you pay for! So worth your time and money!

Actually this spot was recommended to us by someone in the local Kroger and not something we checked on TripAdvisor beforehand. Menu had a nice variety of choices - veggie too - but not too overwhelming for the average burger joe like us. Hearty portions enough for us to share. My only regret -too full and not enough room for... More

Great burgers, many to select from. Also, don't miss the chili & barbecue. Excellent, friendly staff. Prices are great. Louie & Anita run a fantastic restaurant.
