We had lunch, family style, with 3 people we'd never met. Fruits and veggies were very fresh. Barbecue was fair, dessert was delicious! We'd been told it was a great place to hike. The brochure said there was a 20-30 minute easy walk behind the...More

A long-time family retreat, this is a lovely (though rather rustic) lodge. Plenty of outdoor activities, including horseshoes, hiking, horseback riding, a pool, basketball courts, fishing, etc. Wi-Fi is iffy, and don't count on cell service, but don't let that deter you! A fantastic and...More

Had an excellent time at GML Saturday Valentine's Dinner & Dance. Dinner highlights were grilled steak and fried shrimp, baked apples, and I had the strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. We were seated with a couple who also run a local restaurant...More

For the price, food selection is very limited and so-so prepared. Service is slow, room is noisy and you must eat with strangers. Staff seemed overworked and put out by any requests....like refilling beverage glasses.

The Graves family has been serving food and hosting overnight guests for more than 40 years. The overnight accommodations are rustic, the setting is farm rural and the staff are country friendly. Meals are served family style at long tables (so you can meet and...More

Graves Mountain Apple Festival is fun for all ages. Free to enter and to park. Free animals for kids to see. Music, food and beautiful scenery. Recommended for a fun fall day.

Yesterday (27th of May) I headed to Grave's Mountain Lodge for lunch, (I was lucky that there was room for me at the family style dining table, as I did not have a reservation). Margie quickly seated me w/ a local family of four, (lovely...More
