We've been here for lunch before - always excellent food - but this was our first dinner, Kulshan beer paired with amazing Ciao Thyme food creations. Also our first time in their upstairs space with comfortable seats, relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. Enjoyed the beer and food talks by the brewer and the chef. Looking forward to the next beer pairing... More

Hi y'all! I just want to say how much I love Ciao Thyme in Bellingham Washington. I had a wonderful lunch today. And I got to spend a few minutes with the owners who are two of the coolest, warmest, kindest and most committed individuals I have ever met. I discovered Ciao Thyme in October 2016 and my partner and... More

I attended an Incognito dinner last week and overall it was the best meal I think I have ever eaten in Bellingham. From the warm welcome, to fast knowledgeable service, to the creative perfectly portioned and executed dishes. I thought the timing between courses was also timed very well. The presentation was gorgeous and the seasoning right on point. The... More

I was at Ciao Thyme for a second “Incognito Dinner” just before Xmas. I wrote about the first experience last November. It was a very special meal and setting. But this second experience was notable for its failings. This dinner, at $100 per person including tip but NO drinks, was more expensive than the last one. Moreover, it was only... More

Ciao Sandra, We are sad to hear that you are still disappointed after our email exchange and refund. While we always strive to deliver an amazing experience and delicious food, we understand that we did not reach that expectation for you this time. I'm glad you enjoyed your first Incognito experience in September. The White Elephant Incognito does have a... More

My partner and I enjoy lunch multiple times each month. We love taking entrees home from their fridge and freezer. One of the best places to eat in Bellingham! They have parties too! Oh and their cookies and desserts are so good!

We came for a birthday party, so we were quite a crowd. The menu is abridged - only three mains and four starters. One orders in a tiny room that also has many organic cooking ingredients and things. Once you've placed your order and picked up your drinks and silverware, you head into the dining room. The kitchen is right... More

I had been to Ciao Thyme for lunch on a previous trip to Bellingham and really loved a Pork Bahn Mi they served. This time I went to one of their "Incognito Dinners". These dinners offer a 7-course seasonal meal (the actual menu is only revealed at meal time) of locally grown produce to 30-35 guests. I was there in... More

We were visiting our nephew and his boyfriend in Bellingham and they took us to this sweet spot for lunch. Very creative menu using what's in season locally. The chicken saffron curry, vegetarian saffron curry, fried brussels sprouts & kalletes, apple and bitter greens flank steak salad and white bean squash gratin are all very tasty. We ordered almost everything... More
